Where Does Sin Come From?

Not by God. Its how the writer of Job calls them. Its just a human term of those days to describe a powerful being, including both angels and human kings.

Do you know about any verse in which God calls some angel to be his son like he called Jesus "This is my son..."?

Also, consider this:
For to which of the angels did God ever say, "You are my Son; today I have become your Father"?
In speaking of the angels he says, "He makes his angels..."

what should he have called them. Why did the angels take care of Jesus after he fast for forty days? Why do demons fear him?

It merely says that God “created the heavens and the earth.” More plausible is that God and the angels existed before He created the heavens and the earth. Which brings us to Satan.

Satan is an angel, albeit an angel of evil. He first makes his appearance in the Bible in the form of a serpent, inducing Adam and Eve in Genesis 3 to eat from the Tree of Good and Evil. How or why he ended up on earth, the Bible doesn’t say. It is believed by some that God threw him out of Heaven after He created Heaven. In any event, Satan makes Adam and Eve do something that God forbade them to do, and inasmuch as evil is defined as anything which is not good, and God is good, then to disobey God would be to commit the evil of sin, Satan induced them to sin. Jesus in John 8:44 acknowledges the power of Satan to exert sin on others, when, in addressing those who were determined to kill him he says, “You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him…” Needless to say, it is a sin to murder.

When God created Adam and Eve, He gave us a mission in Genesis 1:26 to “have dominion over…all the earth.” Well, the earth includes Satan, so we have been given a mission to, among other things, overcome the evil in the world which Satan encourages.

From Genesis to the arrival of Jesus, this has been a hard battle, such that by the time Jesus makes his appearance, it became apparent that God felt that evil stood a good chance of overcoming the goodness in the world. In other words, he must have felt that had we been left to our own devices, every city in the world would be like Sodom and Gomorrah, and full of people like the Ninevans who went against God in the way they acted.

But with the arrival of Jesus, as it is written in John 3: 16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave his only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life,” since it says in EZEKIEL 18: 20, “The soul who sins shall die,” God gives us hope for our salvation.

So, contrary to what some people may believe, God did not create sin; sin was already in existence, in the form of Satan, at the time that God created the heavens and the earth.

All things are of and from God. God is the Alpha & the Omega. The beginning and the end.

Well, according to Genesis 1 there are certain "things" that God created. These are "all things" that J1:3 and Col 1:16 must be referring to. Those passages cannot assert that God made things that aren't mentioned in Genesis 1 and become apparent as you read on in Genesis. Does Genesis say that God created the angels? does it say that God created Satan?

"in the beginning God created the heaven and the earth"
Gen 1:1

This is all there is. It means Universe.

Also, there is no rule that Gen must explain all other verses in the Bible.

You are confusing creating man and creating sin. By giving man free will God didn't prevent man from sinning. God didn't create sin but didn't prevent it either. The only way to prevent sin would be to take away free will. God wants us to freely choose Him not be literally forced to choose him.

Scripture for what, that we need God's grace to make right decisions and to live in righteousness?

If you are asking specifically about satan, there is no need to categorize. It applies to all creatures generally. Without God's grace, we fall into evil.

I'm hoping to glean understanding in this statement that you posted. "God limited His grace to the archangel and satan then went after his own will. "

Am I to understand you as saying , God limited his grace to the Archangel Satan. And then the Archangel Satan went after God's will for Archangel Satan in that regard?

Satan means "adversary". I do not think its possible he was called so before his rebellion.

Therefore I said "to the archangel". That he is/was archangel is clear from that he has power over other angels and is still recognized by angels as somebody with authority (for example by archangel Michael).

God has given this archangel to desires of his evil heart and let him do the rebellion.

God knew Adam and Eve would sin. God want his children to have a soul. The soul wants to control. So God put man in the world to tame the soul and weed out the ones who are untamable. So that when he is joined to his children there will be no conflicts. And there would be a perfect union.
