Best BBQ i had was a little smoked meat joint in Kansas City...yum..burnt ends are my fav..i make BBQ chicken on the grill thats prettu good..gotta get my char on there tho
healthy food is good for ya! eat a avocado I am right now good and expensive though.

@VincentG I love avocados...in Texas you can usually find them at a reasonable price most of the year.
$2.00 for one over here in Calif. dumb they grow them here and most are from Mexico so close yet the price is so high!
Well here in Tx, we blame the Californians
for all the rising prices. You can find large ones for $1.50-1.68 this time of the year. All this talk about food is going to drive me to cooking up something...my stomach is ready for lunch.
ok I learned this from a chef..you know how to pick a good avocado? see on the top whats left of the stem peel it back ...just take it off if it's all bright green the whole fruit inside is healthy green..if it has brown the inside will be too. but do that if your going to eat them that day or the next cause then they will start to ripen fast and not evenly but from the stem first.

@VincentG Thank you, great tip! Ha ha, when I shop for produce I spend hours. I never know what I should look for. For avocados, I usually look for softness dark green color.
