I dont know if the fish was too cold..too moist or oil too hot..dont know..

GOTTA have the A -1 ( i merinade my chuck roast in that overnight before making it a pot roast) sounds like a great supper..i had leftover meatloaf n mashed potatos n corn..

Lol..theres 101 different ways to make meatloaf..lol according to my co worker..i dont make it the italian way which makes sense because im german..come to think..not sure if meatloaf is a german dish or not..lol probably not unless it has beer in it or pickled..lol

I only drink bout 2x per year..tend to like a light sweet n fruity reisling...doesnt go well with beef or bison..lol

Ive always wanted to learn how to make beef wellington but dont know how they make it withoit the pastry getting soggy

My wife Darlene makes a real delicious meat loaf, with whipped potatoes and seasoned fresh green beans. That is one left-over I enjoy eating, make sandwiches with tomato and mayo. Good stuff.
