The divide is now too great in America for any hope of a united 'peace'. The beliefs are too opposite. They are impossible to bridge. Democrats have shown they are not only unwilling to live under any Republican government, but that they will do all they can to go against such a government, including violence.

It was due to the extreme rhetoric that the shooter tried to kill Republicans at a baseball practice. The Las Vegas shooter specifically targeted a Country Western concert knowing that country western folk are most always Republican and conservative. Yet everyone wants to say they have no motive for the shooting. That is a lie. They know what the motive was, they just don't want to admit it. Then there is Maxine Waters. Black democrat women encouraging targeting and violence upon Conservatives and any who voted for Trump. Thus you have your Antifa thugs attacking legal conservative demonstrations. And when they, the conservatives, fight back they are viewed as the evil ones. Conservatives are harassed by Water's thugs and not allowed to eat at restaurants in public.

And of course now with Kavanaugh Democrats stoop to a new low in searching for any dirt going all the way back to highschool days trying to smear the Supreme Court nominee. Their purpose is delay as everyone knows. Because they just can't see living under a Supreme Court that has a Conservative majority.

The liberal atheistic left is found in the Democratic party. There will be no unity between them and Conservative Republicans. The reason there is great divide politically, is because there is great divide among the people in America. And it is a divide created by our own government. What is the phrase everyone loves to say, and just beam with pride when doing it? "Diversity is our strength" What a lie that is. Diversity is killing the country. It is why there is no unity. It is why there will be no peace as long as we are forced to share the same government.

The only peaceful solution is too allow a secession of some sort so that people can live under the government that they want. I know many will say that will never happen. OK. Then expect the next Civil War, which will be a real Civil War, not just a War between the States.

As to our present experience, I would say for Christians, and Conservatives that if ever there was a time to vote straight ticket, this November this is the time. Every Democrat you put in office is against and will destroy what you believe in.

But consider this. Our country was based on Christianity. The people who made up the fabric of our country were Christian. Not every person was Christian, but overall the country was Christian. It was built from a Christian world view. No matter which party was in power the Bible believing Christian was not threatened. His conservative views were not threatened. There were conservatives in the Democratic party then.

But now, the country is less and less Christian. Ten commandments are taken away from county, state, and federal courthouses where they once stood. The atheistic liberal left has taken over the Democratic party. Abortion must be honored by them. Homosexuality must be allowed. Homosexuals must be allowed to even adopt children.

You mentioned "to bring us back together as human beings". Are you willing to let the atheistic left have their way? For they are not willing to let you have yours. What would such a unity be based on?

It is often said that if God doesn't judge this country, He will have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah. And you know that ain't going to happen. We may well have lived out our purpose and are a nation with judgement next in our future.

I'm not planning on 'orchestrating' anything. I am giving what I think would be a possible answer to the major problem of division we already have in this country. The division is already there even if secession is never allowed. And it is already turning violent. Once politicians, who represent us are divided and stirring up violence, it is just a matter of time before an all out war breaks out.

The politicians would have to be the ones to sort out the type of secession that would take place. Less power to the federal govt. and more power back to the states would be one way. Let the people of each state vote on their own Supreme Court justices. And let their views not be overridden by a Federal Supreme Court. That is just a thought. The politicians can work it out.

I agree with much of what you have said, and came to the realization more than 30 yrs ago that to be a democrat one has to be ignorant or evil or some combination.

If you judge the parties strictly on platform there is NO comparison as to whom you should vote for if you are a Christian.

If you look at individual accomplishments President Trump has greatly excelled, yet he himself continues to be of very low moral character. So we have to be very careful in elevating any individual, and should not simply dismiss foul and boorish behavior.


On your point about secession, everything in my flesh screams YES!!! That's why I know it is wrong. We are called to love and share the Gospel. To be salt and light to the World. Isolating ourselves as Christians is not what we are called to do.

So as free citizens of this great nation, and to not squander our incredible heritage, we need to vote our consciences, and align that vote as closely as we can with the Will of God.

I essence you are correct both extremes have the same outcome, the mechanics of them are different but the outcome comes out the same. I believe we should avoid both extremes. They're both Socialists but Communists believe that the government should outright own everything, even property and Fascists are more in favor of leasing out or franchising businesses in order to make (skim) profits via rules and regs. Neither has the public interest at heart. We can't run a free nation or society either way. The 2 party system throws a monkey wrench in the gears of both of the other systems. That's why our enemies on both sides would love to abolish our current system. in favor of a 1 sided system, as long as it's their side that is. 2, 1 sided systems seems 2x as ignorant.

Granted what we have is flawed and if you can come up with a better theory I'm all ears. But please remember the Bolsheviks' overthrew the Tsars without a better plan and got Stalin. And the Nazis overthrew the Chancellors system and got Hitler.
