As to the Nation, these 4000 Honduran people are the enemy. Whether they are oppressed remains to be learned. Just because they are oppressed doesn't give them the right to oppress others.

Christianity cannot work in unison with the State if the State is opposed to Christianity. The more third world peoples you bring in to the State, the more anti-Christian the State becomes. This is why the U.S. was so great when it was. It was Christian. From top to bottom. The State and Church could move together. That is gone.

This is a difficult task - addressing the world problems. When the American people have major issues with the US Government and/or our nation, we "march" on Washington to get answers and solutions.

The headquarters of the United Nations is in New York City.
When citizens of nations that are not responded to by their governments because of oppression, they "march" on the UN which happens to be in the USA.

There is a voice in numbers that can be heard around the world and I'm sure there will probably be an emergency meeting with the UN regarding Honduras and hopefully good change with less oppression will result.

I do believe missionaries could help minister to the needs of the refugees and am hopeful that missionaries are already on standby and ready to go.

You say 'we' march on Washington. Whose 'we'? What country do you represent?

You're living in a fantasy world. Those who are marching toward the U.S. could care less about missionaries, unless it means they get to come to the U.S.

The UN has no say in the matter. National security trumps the UN. Pardon the pun.

You see the S.R.O. crowds at Trump rallies? There are often 1,000's in line for an auditorium that only seats 1,500. They had to move the venue in Texas for the Trump/Cruz rally to a bigger building.

Gosh, I wonder how the Russians are causing that?
Yes I heard. I notice that Democrats are silent on the Hondurans invading our border. That speaks volumes. But, they love to cry 'The Russians are coming. The Russians are coming'.

During the 2016 campaign, Trump was filling up auditoriums left and right while Hillary could barely get a couple of hundred to come. Libs online would say that the pictures that were being taken of empty places had to be taken hours before the event started. Yet, the crowds for Trump were already at max 2-3 hours before he showed up.

If not for at least 3-5 million illegals voting democrat - Hillary would not have come close to winning the 'popular' vote.

It is an invasion. Notice the timing of this latest so called caravan? Right before the mid-term election November 6th?
Likely it's sponsored by Soros or some Left wing anti-American activist syndicate with ties to the south of our border. This way when they arrive as planned at our border and Trump has the opportunity to enforce the law the left can say, XENOPHOBE! He's turning away children! How can he do that?
Or, if he separates kids from their parents, they'll scream about that. How dare he!
Hey, if parents cared about their children they wouldn't want to be the role model for illegal behavior thinking breaking the law is rewarded in America.

Notice something else? The white supremacists on parade during Trump's campaign are mute? So are the neo-nutzi skinheads. You'd think they'd be crowing about lining up with the militia's at the border so as to add a hand to turning back the invasion tide. Not a peep.

There have been public demonstrations of “marches on Washington” during USA history.

I am a US citizen - just like you. If I live in a fantasy world, at least it is full of solutions and possibilities.

I enjoyed your pun that National security “trumps” the UN. :giggle:

Trump doesn't have to separate families. He doesn't let anyone in, thus families remain intact. They can all stay in Mexico and let the Mexicans take care of them.

But who is the 'we'? The ones marching now are the Hondurans. Are you scared to identify with those you support? If you're scared, say you're scared. I will understand.

Perhaps. But, Americans arn't marching here. And the Hondurans ain't marching to the U.N. They are marching to the U.S. to force their way in.

For some reason you want to identify with them and their march. You're suggestion of missionaries just opens the door for them to claim some sort of religious persecution or experience and have the liberal churches do what they can to hide and receive these invaders.

I say a person is scared when they don't own up to what they are really wanting to say.

Like I said...I spent most of October in CA before the election....I sat in an outdoor food joint and watched illegal after illegal be registered by the DNC while passing white people....Most could not speak a lick of English and had to have help by the DNC staff to fill out the registration forms...they also for the most part failed to produce any identification....I watched this go on for over an hour and they were there well before I sat down and had no intention of leaving any time soon.....Hillary did not win any vote because ILLEGAL votes = cheating and all cheaters are LOSERS.....

...Or should we support Trump in saying He will close the border if these countries allow these immigrants to our border?
What do you mean by "should we support Trump to close the border"? Your borders are not open. You mean to build a physical barrier through the whole continent?

Also, USA are based on a violent immigration, ask the natives in reservations. Few centuries ago, white people invaded "black and brown" countries, in this century it will be probably in the opposite direction.

Which political party is responsible for putting native Americans on reservations? Hint: Andrew Jackson . . . Trail of Tears.

How about all those Hondurans and whoever else joins the immigration invasion train on their way up through Mexico to the Southern border of the U.S?
Every nation has a right and a duty to protect itself from migrant invasion, and no country has (or had) an open borders policy until very recently, when Western Europe and North America were subjected to deliberate migrant (not "immigrant") invasion.

President Trump ran on the platform of constructing an effective border wall along the southern US border, and tightly controlling illegal immigration. However he has clearly sabotaged himself in this matter, and that is why we are seeing this rabble coming up from Honduras, and even breaching the southern border of Mexico with impunity.

1. The day Trump took office, he could have started building that wall as a national security priority. Which means that there were ample funds for this project but the resolve was not there. He did not have to have bi-partisan public meetings regarding this critical issue or go to Congress for funding. By now the wall could have become a reality.

2. All military personnel from every part of the world could have been recalled and assigned the task of building the wall and guarding the border against hordes of illegals coming in with impunity. All funding to countries like Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, etc. could have been stopped and diverted to the cost of the wall project. He did not need to go to Congress to achieve any of this.

3. A strong Secretary of Homeland Security should have been appointed to ensure that illegal immigration was halted completely, and all illegals deported. When the Leftist courts ruled against this, they should have been ignored, since they were promoting Obama's agenda and had no right to interfere with the enforcement of immigration laws. Kristjen Nielsen was not in 100% agreement with Trump on key issues, yet she was appointed, and then not fired when she failed to do what needed to be done. I believe she has been undermining Trump all along (as have most of his appointees).

4. Trump said that he would make Mexico pay for that wall, but when he negotiated the recent trade deal, he failed to insist that there would be no deal until and unless the daily invasion and violation of the border was stopped by Mexico. As a result the Hondurans decided that it was open season. And jihadists decided that this is a fantastic opportunity to come in and wreak havoc.

5. While we heard of the National Guard being sent to the southern border in Spring, 2018, Trump failed to totally stop the Central American migrant invasion, even though he had ample notice of what was on the horizon. There was nothing to stop him from having a top-level meeting with the heads of state from Mexico and all Central American countries BEFORE THIS, in order to set up a proper protocol for handling waves of migrants simply coming through. He said he would stop aid to these countries, but I do not believe he ever followed through.

6. The Leftist agenda for migrant invasion has not been addressed at all, neither the huge threat from jihadists from all around the world who are using the Mexican border for access to the USA. Almost every day there are reports of hundreds of illegals coming through without a care in the world. And many of them dying along the border because of human trafficking.

6. Trump signed the omnibus spending Bill which failed to fund the border wall, even after he threatened to veto it. That was a major failure on his part to follow through with his agenda. And it would appear that he will keep signing bills which are meant to sabotage him and the country (while funding Planned Parenthood and other foolish projects).

So with all of this, one has to wonder whether Mr. Trump is serious about this matter, or does he enjoy sabotaging himself?

As to the attitude of Christians, it is really quite simple -- legal immigration is totally acceptable in any country, but illegal immigration is a threat to national security as well as democracy (because of rampant voter fraud).

Quantrill,

Why do you suppose the Lord is allowing this Honduras march to happen? Come up higher and get God’s perspective on this Honduras march and America.

You and I and most Americans know that the USA cannot help these Honduras refugees. So, what happens to a person when no one can help them? Or what happens when the problem gets to be too overwhelming?

God, once again is nudging us and saying, “You need Me. Find Me while I can be found because there is coming a day when you will look for Me and you will not find Me.”

I do love America, but I love God more. I view the world from God’s perspective.

Our legal immigration has been destroying us for years. It is not acceptable. The immigration act of 1965 opened the doors to the third world countries and slowed down the immigration from western Europe which is our countries origin. Until that immigration act is changed, the country will continue to kill itself. It more than any thing else has created the divisions in this country.

I mean we should support Trump if he has to completely close the border using the military. I am all for a wall on the Mexican border.

When we first came to this country, we were not immigrants. We were pioneers and invaders. We took the land. I have no problem owning up to that. The New World had no immigration policy we were trying to follow.

I have no problem with Mexico or Central Americans claiming they want to invade our land, to take it over, which is what they are doing. I have a problem with them lying about it and claiming they just want to immigrate for the benefit of their families. Anyone can say that. We can say that when we came over and conquered the Indians. We were just trying to help our families.

As I said in another post, we need to do away with the immigration act of 1965 which opened the doors to the invaders of third world countries and limited the immigration from our roots in western Europe.

Why does God allow a serial killer to continue killing? He definitely needs God. He needs something that the government cannot provide. He needs a missionary. Someone to give him the gospel. We need to recognize that the serial killer has been sent to us by God to help get him the gospel. (sarcasm)

No one is stopping you or anyone else to take the Gospel to Honduras. I know there are many missionary organizations doing that. Are you in one?

As I have said before, a nation cannot operate like a church. It can't have open doors. It must protect it's people. So, let the nation do it's job and the church do hers.

Probably. We didn't come as immigrants. We came as pioneers and conquerors.

They couldn't have stopped it. Others would have come.
