I just had my dinner, as they call lunch here in Oklahoma. I don't think Noah would have left himself open to be viewed for his nakedness unless he were drunk. I don't think this reference is just nakedness on Noah's part, but rather his wife's nakedness or the very act of sexual intercourse. That is just speculation on my part, but really a son just looking at his father undressed does not sound so bad.
Anyway, it did cause a rift in the relationship. Noah therefore issued a curse that God honored. Some people say that Ham's wife was black.
