Just as bad as what you have been addressing is the ignorance that one must maintain it like changing the oil in a car......pure ignorance.....
If it were up to me in any shape or form to keep myself saved, I'd have lost it in less than five minutes. Yea, I'm that vile, mean and filthy.

But 'Christ in me is the hope of glory!' Amen!

The Lord doesn't promise us a trouble-free existence, but He does promise to deliver us. Satan may do some damage, but it will not be lethal! In spite of the terrible sins that David committed (which was as bad as you can get), it did not stop God from His Son being called the "Son of David."

As I have stated before, you and others have put the Blood of Jesus on trial. You and the others believe that the Blood of Jesus doesn't cleanse from all unrighteousness (sins).

Let me remind you, when King David took the census over 70,000 people died as a result. Most scholars believe the 70,000 plus that died were the same people who didn't forgive David from adultery and the killing of Bathsheba husband Uriah (2 Sam. 24, 1 Chron. 21). You and others who claim they are saved are making God very angry! This is the sin of self-righteousness...you believe mercy for you and your sins are forgiven, but everybody else sin(s) is not.

But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses (Matthew 6:15). We are in the last of the last days. Do not get your name blotted out of the Lambs Book of Life for unforgiveness.
I am not required to forgive Jimmy. His intimates are charged with that task.
As to the rest of your remarks.

The , you can lose your salvation, crowd don't realize, or most horribly they do, eek, when they think they can lose their salvation and that in turns has them insisting they have to work to remain saved, they're stating God's grace and Christ's blood sacrifice is not enough. Despite what the scriptures tell us about salvation, by the gift of God's grace, is irrevocable.

They in fact demean the power of God thinking they have to help him out in his keeping his promise.
If someone thinks they have to work remain saved, think of what they're missing living the peace that is Christ. And in that state of peace being fully open to the leading of the indwelling holy spirit to do the service of the father as his son or daughter.

That's sad.

God's Spirit is constantly telling me that I am one of His . . . it would appear that these that think they can be lost might never have been saved--certainly they are not trusting in Christ's FINISHED WORK!

"The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God" (Romans 8:16).

2Pe 2:19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.
2Pe 2:20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
2Pe 2:21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
2Pe 2:22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

These scriptures are plainly stating that if a person is saved, and escapes the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, and they go back to enjoying sins and they get tangled up in the sins, they are worse than when they first came to Christ, and it would of been better for them to not have known the truth than to know it and depart from it.

For the example given is it like a dog returns to his own vomit after getting rid of that nasty stuff, and a pig that was clean goes back to playing in the mud.

So the Bible says if a person is saved and goes back to sin and enjoying them they are not saved.

But these scriptures is not condemning to those who repent and go back to being led of the Spirit, for there is forgiveness in this case for it is only sins they are committing, and sins can be forgiven.

In this case a person can be forgiven of their sins.

Heb 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
Heb 6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
Heb 6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

But what are these scriptures saying, which this says they fell away, and then came back, so this has to do with more than committing sins.

It appears in this case that they cannot be forgiven and be restored after they fell away.

In the scriptures in the first instance they did not fall away, but in this instance they fell away.

1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
1Ti 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
1Ti 4:3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
1Ti 4:4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
1Ti 4:5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

These people were in the faith, but they departed from it, and this is speaking of the new age movement, and their false interpretation of the Bible, which they say Jesus is not Lord and Savior, but a good teacher in the evolutionary process, spiritual enlightenment, and love, and an ascended master, and avatar.

So these people stopped claiming Jesus as Lord and Savior, but a good teacher, and not the only teacher, so they departed from the truth of Jesus.

The Bible says the new age movement is the future for this world, and the time they will only want to hear the Bible, which will lead them to the beast kingdom in Revelation.

2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Some people think this falling away has to do with the Church, but it is not true, for the gates of hell cannot prevail against the truth.

But this falling away has to do with the condition of the world in response to the Gospel which they stop the preaching of it when the nations come together, and accept Jesus but not as Lord and Savior, which will cause the New Age Christ, man of sin to be able to rule over them.

Heb 6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
Heb 6:2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.

After we have done these things, and learned these things, let us leave them, and not do them over again, but move on to more understanding of the Bible mainly to steer away from deception, and to act Christlike.

This is what these scriptures mean to me is that if a person that has been saved, and been partakers of the Holy Ghost, if they should fall away, which is to abandon Jesus as Lord and Savior, whether they say they do not believe in Him anymore, or they look at Him as a good teacher and not Lord and Savior, and they go back to the world as an unbeliever in the truth of Jesus Christ, if they again believe that Jesus is Lord and Savior it is impossible for them to start the process of being saved again, for they would have to have faith all over again, confession all over again, hope all over again, baptism all over again, receiving the Holy Ghost all over again, for they went back to the world and in a position they were in before they believed the first time, and God said it is impossible for them to repeat the process and be saved again, for they put Jesus to an open shame.

So in this instance there is no forgiveness for doing that.

In the first instance where it is only sins they were doing, but they did not abandon the truth of Jesus claiming Him as Lord and Savior, and still a believer of the Bible, there is forgiveness if they get rid of those sins and do not hang unto them.

But in the second instance where they abandoned the truth of Jesus, and went back to the world they became an unbeliever, so there is no forgiveness for doing that for it is impossible to be enlightened again with the truth, and do the process of salvation again, and the essential doctrines of Christ.

Many that believed the truth of Jesus will abandon that and follow the the new age movement and believe in their Jesus, but if they believed again the truth of the Bible they cannot be saved again.

But if a person has never believed the truth of the Bible, and has not been saved, and they get in to the new age movement and then believe through study of the Bible, or by wise words of mouth, that they do not believe the new age movement is correct after all, and they believe Jesus is Lord and Savior, then they can be saved, for they are a sinner in need of salvation.

Moral of the post is do not ever ever ever abandon the truth of Jesus Christ, and become an unbeliever of the Gospel of Christ.

You can sin and wallow in the mud for a spell, and repent and be saved, but do not abandon the truth of Jesus and not be a believer of the Gospel anymore.

So in the first instance that it is their sins but they can be forgiven.

And in the second instance they abandoned the Gospel of Jesus Christ not believing anymore, which is falling away, and they cannot be saved again.

That is how it seems to me, but some will say they do not understand how they could depart from the faith to stop believing the Gospel in the first place.

These scriptures are plainly stating that this person is not saved. They have come into the Christian community and have avoided the trappings of the world--but they are not saved. These people have a knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ--but a mere head knowledge does not saved.

They apparently have grown bored with the life amongst the Christians and they go back out to the life they formally enjoyed.

The reason a DOG and a PIG is used is further proof that they were never saved because those were the words that Paul used of lost Gentiles.

So the Bible says if a person goes back to sin and enjoying them they were never saved.

Except for the little issue that once a man were to lose his salvation he can not be saved again, as there remains no more sacrifice for sin. The cross is a one-time transaction. A man can only be born physically once and can only be born again spiritually once.

But ONCE was good enough for me!

Wait a minute! Hold up, Hold up, man.

Do you mean to tell us that if you simply quote a verse from the Bible you have to give credit to Jimmy Swaggard? Is he the author of the Bible now?

Besides all that, I believe you are violating copyright rules because you have gone far beyond fair use.

Yes! They have no personal understanding of the bible. They simply copy and paste from JS's bible version.

They've taken the copyright of the Message of the Cross art for their personal photo. The art is owned by JS ministries and is featured on Swaggart's SonLife Broadcasting. MoTC has taken the name of a show JS ministries broadcasts , Message of the Cross, which is a member panel including Jimmy S. broadcast each week and wherein the panel members discuss scripture using the Expositor's version JS ministries publishes.
There are a lot of copyright violations present in the members profile here.

The Swaggart expositor's bible is not public domain. It is copyrighted. (link)to Amazon.com click, look inside. There is a "copyright" link.
Unfortunately, if Swaggart, SonLife, or JS Ministries, decided to prosecute for copyright violation they would not be able to prosecute MoTC. Instead, they'd file suit against the host site provider that allows the violations to continue.

Do you even have ONE original thought?

So, then, I guess it is just us unwashed multitudes that can lose our salvation--not those in the high and holy Jimmy Swaggard tent.
“2 And you shall remember all the way which the LORD your God led you these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you, and to prove you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His Commandments, or no. (With the Believer, everything is a test. How will we act? How will we react?)

3 And He humbled you, and suffered you to hunger, and fed you with Manna, which you knew not, neither did your fathers know; that He might make you know that man does not live by bread only, but by every word that proceeds out of the Mouth of the LORD does man live. (These very words were uttered by Christ to Satan regarding the temptation in the wilderness [Mat. 4:4]. Every “Word” in the Bible is important. We must as well understand that the Bible is the Word of God, which means that it doesn’t merely contain the Word of God.)

Man is a spiritual being as well as a physical being; therefore dependent on God. When you function by man's point of view and the world's pov, this gives the devil a foothold in your life. This also immediately stops the flow of grace in your life. Christ has become of no benefit to you.

Salvation is a gift, The bible says it can never be earned, If it can be lost. It must be earned, which means it is not by grace, but in reality is of works.

The jews tried to insert law into the gospel of grace. Saying yes, beliefe and faith are great, but if you do not do this or that, you will lose salvation. What was pauls response?

Gal 3: Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now being made perfect by the flesh? 4 Have you suffered so many things in vain—if indeed it was in vain?

His points were clear.

1. Are you so foolish beliving what began in the spirit (salvation by grace through faith) Must now be perfected (made complete) in the flesh (by works)
2. As believers, they were suffering many things, Paul called them out, asking if they were suffering these things in vein (why bother suffering)

3. He lastly called their salvation into question (if indeed it was in vein at all, ie, if it was real to begin with)

Yet here we are 2000 years later and we still have people teaching that we may begin in faith, but we must perfect in our actions (works)

Satan is hard at work with these false gospel. Run from them, they are dangerous,,

WRONG!

Though it may break our fellowship with God, nothing we do will ever break our relationship with our Father. If I lose my salvation I get to keep the Holy Spirit, and God ain't giving up 1/3 of Himself.

That's not original thought. That's excerpts taken from verses in scripture as well as verses that can be found in THE EVANGELIST March 2010 magazine that JS Ministries publishes. They are then pasted together in that paragraph.
