Wow bet people don’t see this coming. Patients with dementia often forget recent history and only recall their early lives.

Imagine a woman becoming a man, but then forgetting about the sex change due to dementia, wondering what’s happened to them. Or vice versa.

It is my belief that no matter what physical operation you do to yourself, you never change who you are. A man has the body of a man because his spirit is masculine. A woman has the body of a woman because her spirit is feminine. Thus these transgender people who undergo these operations are enclosing their designated spirit with an opposite body. What perverted confusion.

It is any wonder why the suicide rate for these people is so high..

The analysis of transgender suicidal studies showed transgender adults are 14 times more likely to think about suicide and 22 times more likely to attempt suicide than the general public.

That never happens the Holy Spirit keeps them.

My elderly aunt has dementia but she knows she is saved, she still
prays recently she committed her life to the Lord again before the
confusion took over again.

She still remembers and listens to the old hymns, she still remembers her
testomony, even though some days she doesn’t know the difference
between morning and afternoon,

There are many documented cases and testimonies of elderly saved
Christians whose face light up when they hear the bible being read or
hear hymns and choruses.

Even if they somehow did forget God due to the brain damage God would
never forget them or fail to keep them. It’s God who keeps us, not the
other way around.

Years ago I used to go to a Christian old people’s home and play the flute,
while someone else played the guitar and another person read from the bible.
They all looked forward to our visits whatever state they were in. They all
responded with a child like faith.

The sad thing is when an unsaved person gets a mental disease and no longer has an opportunity to come to the Cross for salvation. Well, God gave them their allotted time and they refused to be saved.

Folks that are not yet saved should stop pretending that they have plenty of time. There are only two responses that can be given to God when He calls.

Yes
No

Some would say that 'Maybe later' is a legitimate response, but in reality it is just another 'NO!' (until they have a more convenient season).

"We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain. (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation)" (II Corinthians 6:1-2).

At first it sounds like a joke. I too never thought of that. Would the person then be a candidate for surgical reversal as much as was possible to achieve at that point?

My paternal grandfather died of Alzheimer's. He was born in 1903 and died in the 80's. He could remember what it was like traveling across the plains of America in a covered wagon. But ask him what he had for dinner the day before and he had no clue.

I've never heard of that happening, a saint rejecting their faith because of dementia.

Our sodomized society is just now seeing the beginning of problems brought by the acceptance of homosexuality and transgenderism.

This thread is evill ... incarnate. Been reading over 6 months now ... and the hate is awful.

Learn what dementia is and I pray it does not happen to you or anyone you love. Much more than memory loss and happens late in life.
Second: leave transgendered people alone. awful stuff. Jesus said "love thy neighbour" ... He meant ALL of them, not just soome. They are like what? 1 in 300? They suffer enough already without this kind of s*** you people spew. Lets look at divorce rates? Lets look at child abuse rates? Lets look at gluttony (2/3 of America is overweight or obese ... Gluttony is one of the 7 deadly sin

Hate will unsave you faster than anything else. Jesus said "love thy neighbor" ... He really meant it .. one of the two greatest commandments.

Dementia is awful that’s the whole point of this thread, people only
remembering their former lives. Including potentially transgender people.

Imagine the worry, stress and fear someone might suffer in old age from forgetting
their previous decisions to become transgender. Maybe, just maybe they were
wrong to do that to themselves, have you considered that.

I’m certain God loves people enough not to want them to mutilate themselves
and put themselves through all that.

I know what it's like to suffer from depression, so I'll say this.

If, as is claimed, transgenderism is a genetic condition whereby a person is born in the wrong body and essentially has the wrong brain in the wrong body, then no issues will arise.
This is because the person, since conception, will always have associated themselves with the gender that they have been reassigned.

However after dementia sets in, if such issues do arise then it points to transgenderism being more of a disorder of some kind than a genetic condition.

This isn't anything against people who suffer these problems, I think they should be helped.
But I think that explanations are attributed to feelings when in fact nobody knows what's going on.

This will be an interesting real world test that nobody can argue with.
