What do I do to get victory. Help me and teach me to understand wherein I have erred, so I can stop repeating the same sins over, and over again. Please use scriptures.
Paul wrote"I delight In the law of GOD after the Inward man but I see another law In my flesh warring against the law of my mind and bringing me Into captivity to the law of sin which Is IN my flesh.

The rich young ruler approached JESUS and asked JESUS,good master what must I do to receive eternal life and JESUS told him,why do you call me good, there Is only one good, and that Is GOD,You know the ten commandments.

In other words, the rich young ruler chose to recognize the outward appearance of JESUS as a man and not the Inside of JESUS who IS GOD and since he chose to look at the outward man of JESUS Instead of GOD.JESUS sent him to the law telling him to keep the ten commandments and we know that no man can depend on man to save him.Catholics.

Call on GOD and HE will save.

If any man be laden with a heavy burden come to JESUS and HE will give you rest.

Paul also said that sin shall NOT have dominion over the child of God.

For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. (Rom 6:14)

Christians should stop focusing on sins and the sin nature, and start focusing on the fruit of the Spirit, by the power of the Spirit.

Here is Paul talking about the law of sin in him. It is a struggle we all have.

Romans 7 NIV law of sin in us
14 We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin. 15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. 16 And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. 17 As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. 18 For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. 19 For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. 20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
21 So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. 22 For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; 23 but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. 24 What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? 25 Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!
So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God’s law, but in my sinful nature a slave to the law of sin.

How do I abide and put on Christ?
Have you ever read read "Abide in Christ" by Andrew Murray? It's a month-long devotional/study focusing on John 15. It's a really good study (imho). You can read it online here.

You endure the trials/temptations you face by loving God more than the momentary pleasure of sin (whatever lust is currently enticing you to draw you away from abiding in the Lord Jesus Christ).

Read James 1:12-15 to understand how the lusts of the flesh work to distract you from abiding in the Lord.

How do you love GOD more than the momentary pleasure of sin since the bible does say that man loved darkness?

Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Ephesians 1:2-10
2 Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
8 Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;
9 Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:
10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

Ephesians 1:17-23
17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,
23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

When I repeat these same sins am I now practicing sinning, or are these acts of sin? Do I lose my justification? How does the Holy Spirit help me?
sin Is no longer the Issue, now the Issue at hand Is faith, nevertheless all men that have this hope In them will seek to purify themselves even as they are pure.

22.)But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

23.)To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

24.) And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than [that of] Abel.

If "justification" delivers me from the penalty of sin, and "sanctification" delivers me from the power of sin, how do I receive justification peace and sanctification grace and peace with God?

We are told in Scripture to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, strength. Does God tell us to do something we have no capacity to do?

Ok, how do you do that?answer=everyone deep down knows that there Is GOD,although we delight In the law of GOD after the Inward man we see that there Is another law In the flesh warring against the law of the mind and bringing that person Into captivity to the law of sin which Is In the flesh.

Thank GOD that JESUS made a way for all those who believe In the WORD of GOD,but we have to choose to believe.

Show me a sinner who loves their sin
and I will show you a sinner
who will not repent from their sin.

Show me a sinner who hates their sin
and I will show you a sinner
who will repent from their sin.

Before you can be helped
first answer this question in truth.

Why do you willfully commit sin
knowing it is wrong?

Please keep it short and to the truth.

I will try to help you find out that to which you are seeking.
