My use of the "buzz" word is in reference to anyone who believes they are superior to others…….there is a very large minority of this poor old world who are better offf than the majority, but this by no means makes them superior...….thank God most do not think in these terms.
Your use of the buzz word is for identification. That is why people use buzz words.

Would you agree you must be a slave if somebody has more strength than you, given by technology, war etc?

Would you be a good and submissive slave, loving your master and would you be patient in every beating you will get for your laziness?
I'm sure you can use the term slavery in that sense. But we are talking about an institution of slavery.

You assume I would be lazy and beaten.

Sure. Tells me a lot. Your facts were wrong, not your wording.

Slavery always existed even as Jefferson wrote the Declaration. By Jefferson himself. No revision in the Constitution. They were maintaining the existent institution.

Was slavery protected by the Constitution or not?

You're the one that began a political rally in your post #5. Not me. I just wanted to correct your mistakes.

Now who has it wrong. I never said anything about slavery, you brought that up.

I brught up tht we are created equal. Fact in the Declaration of Independence.

I pointed out that you are making it a political rallying point. I was and am speaking of our equality, all…...

Want to talk about bigoted, "having or revealing an obstinate belief in the superiority of one's own opinions and a prejudiced intolerance of the opinions of others." Then let's talk about calling people murderers based upon nothing more than your own opinion that a human soul is born upon the cell fusion of the male gamete and female gamete is the very essence of bigoted.

So what principle do you judge me as bigoted for expressing my opinion in regards to the opinion that another member was expressing. Moreover, knowing that the doctrine of Christ are the principles formed by the two immutable things, then I won't bother waiting for you to reply with one since you would it would have been the basis upon which you made you judgement of me. Therefore I will consider your judgment as one that abideth not as written 2 John 9 since you left them behind according to Hebrews 6:1, or never had them to begin with.

While I would love nothing more than once began that no procreative process would ever be terminated, and I do believe that once surfactant is present that the unborn is viable and is entitled to Constitutional protection. It wouldn't surprise me if you don't recognize the correlation between the babe that leaped in the womb of Elizabeth at six months and the development of surfactant iaround the 24th week in the developing babe, Well in conclusion, I guess you really set me in my place.
It is painfully obvious that you not only fail to actually study and believe the bible, but spend more time lip flapping than anything else....

So genius is it my opinion when I say...

a. John is identified as a BABE in arms at 6 months in his mother's womb before he is born
b. That under the law an accident that cause a woman to lose her unborn child was financially recompensed
c. That under the law a purposeful act that resulted in a woman losing an unborn child was EYE for an EYE
d. AND even ANIMALS were not exempt

I do not shoot from the hip pal with opinion......and your mouthy remarks in your first post were exactly that...mouthy lip flappin!!

ABORTION is MURDER.......regardless of your inability to acknowledge the truth!

And we you brother, I can see value in each and every one of His children, and He calls us to be ONE. What does that mean? I know for a fact that I don't believe the same as I did when I was first reborn 9-29-13 (on that day), my spirit has been made alive by His grace, and I am reconciled to Him in His Spirit and He guides me to all truth through this Spirit as He does ALL His children.

I truly feel that this kind of "line in the sand" attitude within the body is so against everything He came to do. I mean these truths are Life and I know we can't compromise any of His Truth, and I trust Him to guide those others to truth as He has me so far. I also have a much better chance of sharing these truths with others in a meaningful way if it's a less combative nature. I may be who God sends to reveal a certain truth to my brother, and he may very well be who God sends to open my eyes to something in my blind spot. That's the beauty of our Awesome God, He takes us petty, wicked, people of the flesh and transforms us, then tells us first and foremost to LOVE EACH OTHER, that is how they will know we're His.

This is why I really don't care for the internet to discuss these things honestly, face to face interaction is so much more complete an experience. Too much is lost in text alone. Anyway I love you OldtheNew, (rhymed on purpose) DC and you other guys too, (still on purpose) and pray we are all draw closer to our King to further His kingdom, and speak life into this world as we are called to do (this one was an accident), and pray this in Jesus name. Amen
Amen brother.........I always love your measured responses...........keep swinging the sword.....

God is consistent....His way of dealing with men, families, nations etc. remains consistently the same based upon his Holy nature and character. For example, when the Northern Kingdom of Israel has sold itself out to pure idolatry God moved against it and destroyed it while using the Assyrians. This is exactly why Jonah did not want to preach to Nineveh, because he knew the prophecies and understood that if Nineveh repented, God would spare them and then use them to destroy the Northern Kingdom. Nineveh was the capital of Assyria....

Fast forward a little over a century and a half, after numerous warning from history and a call to look North and learn a lesson from history, God finally moves against the Southern Kingdom of JUDAH due to spiritual adultery and brings another chapter of history to a close with the Babylonians marching across the land. After three subsequent invasions and a siege that resulted in cannibalism God decimates Southern Kingdom of JUDAH and it is not until some 2,484 years later that Israel is reborn as a nation and recognized in the world as a "STATE"......

What does this have to do with the OP you might ask......or not......

The following verses testify to what GOD would do to this NATION before HE JUDGED JUDAH........and I find it interesting that the same thing is happening to the U.S......Surely, a nation that has allowed the murder of over 65 million babies in the womb, a nation that embraces sexual perversion, a nation that is oppressive for the sake of national interest, a nation that is ostracizing the truth and believers while embracing occultism and satanism, a nation that knew GOD in truth at one time but will not be healed, is not long for judgement......Judgement begins in God's house and this nation is viewed world wide as a Christian NATION in some form or fashion......and history is replete with many nations that lasted a little over 200 years....give or take.

"I will make youths their leaders, and unstable rulers will govern them." The people will oppress one another, man against man, neighbor against neighbor; the young will act arrogantly toward the old, and the worthless toward the honorable.

As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. My people, those who lead you cause you to err, and destroy the way of your paths.

Seem to me, all country in the world are wicked now, moral degradation happen every where, the bible say

Matthew 24:12 King James Version (KJV)
12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
King James Version (KJV)

Iniquity is prophecied in the bible, It is one of the sign of end time, end time is end of all nation.

I know a high school teacher, when she retiret she told the story.

She teach in a slum area, she say, few decide ago when she start teach, No student girl are pregnant.

In the last year before she retired, almost all student girl are either pregnant or have a baby.

Free sex are every where now.

When I was young, I life in a rural, a small town, where every body know each other.

I have a widow neighbors, a man come from another town, sleep with her, town people know, and the whole town come force enter the house and force them to Merry. Town people believe free sex Will curse the land.

Now everything change, like what is in the bible. All nation Will come to end, Lucifer take over for 7 years

Concerning the Consitution, the Union was already formed by this time. They were just creating another Constitution.

The mechanism they put in place protected slavery. Article 4 section 2.

I do it because people have made it the 'evil' of all things. And it is not. So all you have to do is bring up slavery and every white person must hang their head down and pity the poor black man. Feel guilty. Give him what he wants...after all he used to be a slave. God instituted slavery. Not me. Not the South. God.

And by the way, are you not a slave of God? Have you not been bought and paid for? Is God a slave Master? Or are you too good to be a slave.

First off, as a white person I harbor ZERO guilt over slavery. I abhor the concept of "white privilege", and do not feel pity for anybody because of their skin color. I love ALL people but have gotten into heated arguments with those who degrade or attack black people, (almost came to blows yrs ago at a club) and with black people that harbor hatred towards whites.(almost came to blows on the gridiron).

We are ALL one race. The HUMAN race. We have different ethnic backgrounds, but are all "one Blood". The idea of different "races" is directly out of evolutionary writings and thought. You want to be associated with them?

GOD DID NOT INSTITUTE SLAVERY! Humans instituted slavery. God permitted slavery. But this was not His doing or desire.

Another example of God permitting something He was against is the Kingship of Israel. They moaned and complained that they wanted a King like all the other heathen Nations around them. GOD is their King, but because they refused to fully recognize Him as such He said "Fine!! You want a King? You GOT a King! But these are all the things YOUR King is gonna do to you".

Here are some of the "rules" God put forth when humans instituted slavery.

Laws About Slaves
21 “Now these are the rules that you shall set before them. 2 When you buy a Hebrew slave,[a] he shall serve six years, and in the seventh he shall go out free, for nothing.

Foreigners could become Jews, and members of God's people, by enacting certain ordinances such as circumcision. So even the foreign slaves that God allowed, would be freed. Also, this whole issue of slavery, and how one is removed from it, is a modeling of how we are freed from being slaves to sin.

We are brothers and sisters in Christ. That you keep defending enslaving your brother and sister, is disturbing.

Acts 17:26 King James Version (KJV)
26 And hath made of ONE BLOOD all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

A very interesting thread:: A few points::

All men are created equal... In the calculation of God.. Not in the calculation of men in this world.. So the things that the worldly value in regards to the measure of a man are not the things God values..

So the statement that God created all men equal is foolishness to the worldly..
But the same statement is the wisdom of God to those who have faith..

Slavery is unChristian plain and simple you do not love thy neighbor by making him your slave. Working him as a beast of burden for profit..

In the Bible story of Sodom God was willing to withhold His wrath for the sake of just one man and his family in that city.. While the USA and many other countries in this world are indeed falling away into perversity and the love of many is growing cold. God is well able to preserve His people even when he is bringing destruction to their lands..

Also I believe God is longsuffering towards those who are leading fallen lives.. His mercy and patience is a lot more enduring then most Christians ( if not all Christians ) We see the world around us and we shake our heads and wonder why God has not destroyed our lands already.. We should be thankful that God is far more patient and loving then we are..

As for the USA.. There have been many great nations down throughout history that have been raised to great power status and they have had their time in the sun but power and glory has a detrimental effect on a population as shown in the Bible the Jews became great under David and Solomon but as soon as they did their power and riches worked to cause them to become proud and delusional ignoring God believing they no longer needed the Help of God and no longer wanting to be restricted by the Laws of God. They wanted to be free to enjoy their wealth and power in what ever way their sin soaked rebellious minds desired..

This history has been repeated over and over and over again one great nation after another has gone through the same process,, They start out as poor but noble and hard working and are blessed with capable leaders and citizens and they work and are raised in wealth and power and their their descendant let that wealth and power go to their heads and sooner or later you end up with a degenerate prideful people lead by corrupt and vain leaders suffering from Hubris and before you know it they make one false move and another up and coming world power puts them to the sword.. Very few great powers enjoy and peaceful decline.. Most of them fall rapidly with violence..

What will happen to the USA?? God knows.. When will it happen?? Again God knows..

Just read that there is uncertainty about whether the earlier manuscripts say one blood or one man.

It matters not in the sense that we are ALL from the SAME blood or man.

You seem to be in the forest not seeing the trees a lot when it comes to trusting the Inspired Scriptures.

The laws of slavery you gave concerned the Israelite who made himself a slave to another Israelite.

Here is the law of the foreigner who is made a slave. (Lev. 25:45-46) "Moreover of the children of the strangers that do sojourn among you, of them shall ye buy, and of their families that are with you, which they begat in your land: and they shall be your possession. And ye shall take them as an inheritance for your children after you, to inherit them for a possession; they shall be your bondmen for ever: but over your brethren the children of Israel, ye shall not rule one over another with rigour."

First of all, where did I say I want to enslave my brothers or sisters in Christ. I didn't. You are reading it that way, and are reporting it that way.

Being one blood has nothing to do with the races.

Several apocalyptic threads about the U.S. :) If the U.S. are as bad as Sodom, there is one chance - to pray and to be righteous:

"And the Lord said, If there should be in Sodom fifty righteous in the city, I will spare the whole city, and the whole place for their sakes...
...And Abraam said, Will there be anything against me, Lord, if I speak yet once? but if there should be found ten? And he said, I will not destroy it for the ten's sake. And the Lord departed..."

Gen 18:33, Septuagint

What can we learn from that:

a) God is merciful to a sinful city for the sake of few righteous there.
b) God, because of prayers, can lower His requirements.
Yes I agree with his mercy, and that he loved the whole world. Here's the problem, "If my people would humble themselves, and pray, I would heal their land. " bible verse. Judgement, criticism, and condemnation, causes wounds, no where near the heart of God, who is all together lovely beautiful, and Love. Standing with posters, condemning different groups, is not praying, I wouldn't want to get near people like that, with a 9 yard stick, verbal abuse starts, with physical abuse. Just because people carry a bible means nothing if they don't obey it. Adam, and Eve, were with God, in the garden, and yet disobeyed in his presence. not to partake of the tree. It says, Humble, to some carrying a bible is in their mind, a a k47. Prayer, does change, things. The deplorable thing is hitting people with words, and not with the Love of God. Who will show the Love of God. Many do, and if there would be no love. everyone would kill one another. God is the same yesterday, today , and forever, Thank you for sharing, Walk in Love, for walking in love is not walking in darkness. Is there any among you without sin, cast the first stone. Jesus, is merciful, kind and compassionate. :)
