We just came back home not long time ago from taking a walk outside with our dog. It is very windy outside, yet it is very lovely walking in this kinda wind. I find it very cosy. :)

it's something called organization culture. the idea is, separate cultures will grow/ form inside all organizations

like, if you have two food stores right next to each other, the way people in those two stores act towards both each other and their costumers will be different
