It's difficult to help people like myself who have been short on nurturing in life, and seen too many rough seas, at times, to love ourselves, especially when someone is feeling depressed. But, I believe this was a genuine encounter with a loving and caring guardian angel sent to help nurture my emotional well-being, in a way that only an angel, pure of heart can do, like in the country song, "Angels Among Us," "To teach us how to live, show us how to give, and guide us in the ways of love."

This past spring, i moved into a remote rental cabin, that has not been without a few unusual "vibes," but, this experience that day was definitely memorable and positive. I remember driving over the hill overlooking the bay and saying a few times, "what a stunning view." So, last summer, for whatever reason, I found myself doing the dishes au natural in my kitchen, since in a small cabin, the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and bedroom, all run together. I believe I heard somewhere in my mind, and it must have been real since i still remember it, a lady guardian angel say in a kind, quiet, loving voice: "Stunning view."
Sort of startled, not to mention self-conscious, I thought of what I had said driving down the hill, and laughed out loud! Then, I kind of went along with this "imaginary" conversation and said something like,
"well, you wouldn't want to help me do the dishes I suppose, but, I guess angels don't do dishes."
I heard her say, "this one does."
I was stunned and wondering what she meant, thinking she meant herself. Then it hit me that she had just given me one of the most moving and memorable compliments of my life-- she meant me, also, as well as doing them together, even though I couldn't see anyone. This inspired me to be more like the angels--clothed in righteousness and light. What an amazing way to inspire someone to believe in themselves.

This had to be from God, since when I was growing up, I had prayed that God would turn me into an angel one Christmas, so I could fly away with them into the sky, after I had seen angels in a young person's book and thought they were amazing.
I don't know who this mysterious, loving being is, but she is amazing.

um be careful talking to Angels, as I'm pretty sure unless you see one in the flesh, the ones that like to talk to us are of the fallen vareity.

Well, the ad is a bit over the top, but I still like how she sings that song (the Titanic song) which is one of the most beautiful songs ever written and she really honored it well. And I don't support the gender-neutral society thing. We'll see how God may intervene. All we can do as Christians is appeal to people who are searching for answers to life's with the humble power of God, who stepped out of the glory of eternity to save us from the fallen world.

And you are right, we always have to discern things in the spiritual world carefully.

ok, as long as you don't fall in love with it and trust Christ for your righteousness. It could have been God because he likes to talk to us sometimes.

God doesn't usually talk to us in an audible, let alone WOMAN'S voice..
