I love the Far Side. I once had to go for physical therapy for an injured shoulder and they had Far Side books and I would take one in with me into the booth. People would smile at me when I came out cause they would hear me laughing...like a disembodied voice as I went through the book. not sure if they smiled cause they thought I was funny or strange...maybe funny strange

I can see how, in today's world, and in many cases this would be an accurate appraisal, but I don't think that's true in this case.
It's a squirrel -- not dressed suggestively or even winking or in any way indicating that its a rude or inappropriate play on words-- a squirrel asking santa for what a squirrel would want for Christmas. The picture looks very innocent with no "winkwink" type indicators.
True that we should be vigilant about things, but at the same time, I don't think we should let the world make us jumpy about things.
Just sharing my thoughts and opinion.
