I've had it for over 10 years. Your refusal to be treated is not very wise.
If you're feeling dizzy from it dropping so fast then there is also the potential of passing out. If your blood pressure fluctuates so wildly that means you can't control it and what works today may not work tomorrow.
Blood pressure as high as yours can lead to kidney disease and possible kidney failure. This can mean dialysis which can have a negative effects of it's own. And will require either a lifetime of dialysis or a kidney transplant. Which will lead to other transplants since they are not permanent.
Through all of this you run the risk of forming gout, thyroid problems and more.
Dialysis requires surgical implants. And can be anywhere from 2-7 days a week. 3-9 hours a day, depending on the kind you have and how poor your kidney function is.
You'll then require very expensive medication as long as you have the kidney. Without it you'll lose the kidney. And the medication lowers your immune system. Making it easier for you to get sick and harder to get better.
As a result of all this you run the risk of getting the CMV virus and it can make you very sick and may require hospitalization.
Or you may develop blood loss to your hips and bone death, which is extremely painful and requires a hip replacement (which is also not permanent).
This is an overview of the bigger potential issues, not counting all the smaller things that can go wrong.
How do I know this? It happened to me. My blood pressure was 200 also, when I was hospitalized. In the past 10 years this is a small portion of what I've dealt with since. All directly because of my blood pressure.
I am currently on roughly 12 medications.

And this is, of course, this is only possible assuming you don't have a stroke or heart attack and die or end up with physical and/or mental damage as a result.
Blood pressure is nothing to play around with.

Really? Do you notice other people relying on external means to regulate blood pressure? Nope! Get to a doctor. You are close to a heart attack or a stroke.

Thank for your respon brother. So far this what I did

Start with 207 some time 210 the doctor ask me go to emmergency clinoc.

When I put Heather close to my back for 3 hour, my blood pressure Down to 138.

I Remember when I work in the hot temperature, burn a Wood I felt dizzy, I check my blood pressure, It was about 60. I went to air condition room, the pressure back very quicken.

So I know there is correlation between temperature and blood pressure.

So when the doctor ask me to emmergency clinick, I refused, I try to make my own care with regulate temperature, for short term, fasting for long term.

First I use Heather, now 250 watt infra Red light bulb

I am not very success doing fasting, but I drastically reduce my calories, so far I lost 8 lb.

Now when I put infra Red close to my back for 3 hour, my blood pressure was 94.

Without infra Red, some time 138, some time 170.

I think It go to the right direction.

The problem is when I work out side in the cold temperature, It raise the pressure. This morning I learn about heated Jacket with battery power. I order It let see what happen.

I learn fasting cure high blood pressure from youtibe

OK Jackson, first of all, it's extremely dangerous to "learn" how to fast from YT videos. Second, EVERY ONE'S blood pressure goes up with exercise, whether you're in sweltering heat or freezing cold. Blood pressure naturally goes down when a person is relaxed, resting or laying down.

Normal blood pressure is around 120/80. Anything beyond that is not normal blood pressure. Here's a link to a WebMD article, telling you what normal blood pressure is, and how to lower it.

If you need thinner blood, talk to a doctor about it. Don't use infrared cuffs and such. I strongly advise against doing a water fast. That won't thin your blood, it will just wash away vital nutrients that your body needs.

Stop ordering heat products to lower your blood pressure!! It can't be done. Ask your doctor what HE recommends to get your blood pressure down to normal. I agree with Hungry-- you're very close to having heart troubles.

And a blood pressure of 94 is very low and very dangerous. You're playing with fire and doing great harm to your body, Jackson. Smarten up!!

I hope you enjoyed 2018, with your complete disregard for people better trained in health, you probably won’t see much of 2019. You might want to read the fine print on your life insurance policy (if you have one) to see if they pay for refusing medical advice. What you are doing may be defined as suicide. Your blood pressure is an indicator. You may have blockages that need attention. Water fasting may lower your blood pressure, but temporarily hiding a symptom won’t cure what is causing it.

Jackson, with a blood pressure of 210, you are a prime candidate for a heart attack or stroke. Get to the doctor asap..

That is my doctor say, but now my blood pressure Down, some time as low as 94. Up and Down depend of the temperature. If I work out side in cold wheather It up but never 200

The best seller book Dr Jason fung also talking about water fasting for blood pressure. He is kidney specialist
I am not fasting yet, always fail of hunger, but I lost 10 lb. Every time I hungry I Eat little food. It may make my blood pressure Down.

Jackson, of course temperature affects blood pressure.. BUT you're playing a dangerous game. Fasting with water won't bring it down naturally. And if you're rarely ever hungry but still lose weight, then maybe you have a health problem that is going undiagnosed. Your blood pressure should remain at a steady rate. Mine is ALWAYS in the 120 range, which is normal blood pressure.

You said this doctor is a kidney specialist? Do you have problems with your kidneys? If so, fasting with water won't help. Too much water will give you water toxicity. Too little water can also harm you. I suggest you go to hospital and get a full work-up done on you.

He needs to be under medical care. And yes, learning and experimenting with fasting from a video is fool hardy. You need a real person that has experience and can guide you.
That being said, LB, you are clueless about quite a few things regarding holistic remedies. You give almost as much bad advice as good insight.
You really need to check the facts before you write some things.
Fasting can and will help lower blood pressure, beyond a doubt.

Have you read the entire thread where he says he's using heat devices to bring down his pressure to as low as 94? Very low blood pressure is not good, nor is very high pressure, and his has reached to 210 before. He has no idea how to lower it naturally or even with meds. So if he's foolishly using heat devices to lower his blood pressure, who's to say he won't miscalculate and take in too much water while fasting?? Too much water can poison him.

He doesn't seem too keen on going to the doctor instead of watching how-to videos on YT..

It is amazing how much what we let into our minds control our health.

I was told I had to be hospitalized for high blood pressure but I couldn't go because a child was sick. My thoughts could be summed up with "ain't it awful!!" Those thoughts overwhelmed me, I couldn't control them.

I decided to substitute God's thoughts instead, so I memorized scripture. I washed dishes with a bible on the windowsill, vacuumed with one hand holding a bible, I memorized and memorized.

I don't think anyone should use this method of blood pressure control instead of professional help, but I know the body responds to the thoughts we put in it.
