They will notice big time,that it has not rained,as well as the other plagues,but why don't they believe it,that it is from God and turn to God.
When Jesus was on earth He did miracles,and said if they don't believe the words that He is saying,then believe Him for the works that He does that testify that He is of God,and some still did not believe.
Not to take anything away from Jesus for He could of caused fire to come down if He wanted to,but that was not His ministry,but the miracles that Jesus did,some people thought they could explain it away,as today they think they can explain away a healing,or people changing to do good when they were cutthroats,and similar things.
But how can they explain away the miracles that the 2 witnesses do,which would show how hard their heart would be,for the prophets have power to kill people with fire and to reign down fire from heaven,and cause plagues upon them,and stop the rain,but it happened at the time of Egypt where Pharaoh would not let the Jews go until after the last plague,and then after the Jews were gone for a little while Pharaoh went after them,and this is at a time when mankind was not as bad as they will be in attitude during the time of the two witnesses,which goes to show you if it can happen in Egypt,it can happen at the time of the 2 witnesses when people believes man is god himself.
I believe that when Pharaoh hardened his heart against the plagues,that the people of Egypt,at least the vast majority were not of that mindset,although they might of tried to ignore it because they thought Pharaoh was god on earth,and what he says is law,but the people during the time of the 2 witnesses believe man is god himself and the majority is of the mindset of hardening their heart.
It goes to show you when people want to believe what they want to believe,you cannot shake them from that belief,but what I believe happens is that when people like Pharaoh and the people at the time of the 2 witnesses,which are occultic,nature worshippers,that believe they can use natures powers against people,or a pagan god's power against people,come across people like the 2 witnesses,or if they think someone would come along like the 2 witnesses,which they deal with the 2 witnesses,believe that their power is also of the occult,and in their mind think that their power is temporary,and they will somehow triumph over them by their occult power eventually.
It is like war where both sides think they can whip each other,and if one starts to lose they think it is temporary and they will bounce back and triumph,so the people during the time of the 2 witnesses are hardened against the 2 witnesses and their powers,thinking the 2 witnesses are of the occult using nature to battle them,but the people of the world who are occultic by then,believe that the two witnesses power will not triumph in the long run,but they will eventually triumph over the 2 witnesses,with their occultic power,when the New Age Christ appears,who tapped in to the highest powers of the Cosmos,so he has all nature at his request,which the people of the world believes it will supersede that of the 2 witnesses,and the New Age Christ will share that power with his followers,and restore all the hidden mysteries of the past,and they can take out the 2 witnesses.
If someone says how can they not believe with the miracles that they do,I believe it is because they are of the occult by then,and believe the 2 witnesses are of the occult and not a personal God,and believe that eventually the world will triumph over the 2 witnesses,when the New Age Christ appears,which they believe he will have all of natures power in the palm of his hands,and can easily defeat the 2 witnesses.
The Bible does say that the beast comes from the bottomless pit and kills the 2 witnesses,but it is not because the beast has power over them,or any occult power,for that is the imagination of man,but God is allowing the beast to kill them,and the world will think the New Age Christ beat them with his occult powers,but that is part of the delusion to cause all who do not love God to follow the beast system.
The beast has no occult powers,and cannot tap in to nature for power,for that is the imagination of man,and the false prophet does lying wonders to deceive the world to follow the beast,which are not true wonders.
The world will rejoice when the 2 witnesses are killed by the beast,and believe that the beast beat them with his occult powers,which is part of the delusion to cause all people who do not love God to follow the beast system.
Anything that the 2 witnesses did,they believe when the New Age Christ appears,they can do better,and the 2 witnesses coming back to life does not phase them,as they believe they are gods.
The world will rejoice when the 2 witnesses are defeated,and will not believe in them,but the Jews will turn to God believing that the 2 witnesses are of the God of Israel,and that they did wonders by a personal God and not nature,and they will turn to Jesus,which is the main purpose of the 2 witnesses going to the Jews.
The world will be surprised when they find out they do not have occult powers,which they believe the New Age Christ would share occult powers with them,and restore the hidden mysteries of the past,and the false prophet does lying wonders,so there were no true wonders and powers that would stem from man himself.
The beast is controlled by Satan,and it could be that the 10 horns,10 leaders of the world over different parts of the world,are controlled by a devil,for having the same mindset as the beast,for they hand their power over to the beast,and those people have control of technology in the area that can make it appear as if the false prophet does wonders.
The thing is do they get mad at the New Age Christ at that point for lying about sharing powers with them,which they know is not true when they themselves cannot do anything of power,or do they not care because at that time they have taken the mark of the beast,and have the nature of a devil,with no reversal,and are so hateful,that they blame God,and want to go against the Jews who have turned to Jesus.
They will be so hateful and blame God,for they will soon know of God when the beast has no power to stop the wrath of God,and then the world will know that the beast was phony,when the wrath of God coming upon them makes the plagues of the 2 witnesses look like child's play,and even when God's wrath of giant hailstones comes upon them they still blaspheme against God,for that is all they know for they have the nature of the devil,and they know within them that they have no way of being saved.
