New to the Christian life and still not fully there. I was not raised with the faith, nor was I taught the bible. I'm trying to teach myself but have a language disorder. I'd love to go to church but I have an anxiety disorder. Therefore, while Jesus works on me, I thought I'd find a community online. Hopefully, this is a good one.

Always love to hear from new brothers and sisters in Christ.. (y) May the peace of the LORD remove the anxiety that hinders you..

Always beware that on any online community you're going to find a variety of contributors who will vary in their level of love and patience.. So be prepared to place some on the ignore setting..

Your problem is not very different from mine. I have trouble reading the Bible because my eyes get weary too fast, and it's almost unbearable for me to sit through long services. I'm sure you'll meet many nice people on this forum. Welcome to Christian Chat.
