Well, the NT Greek, whenever they talk about sin, its almost always a noun and not a verb. There are only very few occasions when the word sin is a verb, when Paul said "Shall we sin more so that grace may increase" Romans 6:1
Sin is a noun as in "sinful nature", so when the Greek in the NT stated that Jesus did not sin, the sin is not referring to actions but his nature. He had no flesh in him that sin could get a grip on.
My view is that it is "impossible" for him to sin. When he was tempted by Satan at the wilderness, its for Satan to know for sure that Jesus is pure gold, Satan's temptation will not work on him.
It may be a difficult view for people to accept at first, personally, whether you believe either way, it does not matter, its not key for salvation.

I believe sin is a choice because God is not just if we are guilty of sin condemned to death without us choosing.
Adam sinned and we have all inherited the tendency to sin but we are not guilty when we have not chosen to sin.
The Guilt of Adam is not passed on to His Children.
I believe in a just God.
Romans 5:12-19 will answer your point. Adam was our federal head, when he sinned thru disobedience, all of us sin "in him".
Only when you understand that, then you can understand how we are also righteous, apart from works. We are righteous because of Jesus's obedience.
Faith works by LOVE. Those that love God put their faith in Him and God knows those that love Him.

I think you are making it more complicated than it needs to be.
Sin = Guilt. choosing to Sin means we are guilty.
A sinful nature = inclination to sin, a selfish desire, selfishness, flesh, carnal nature.
We are all born with a sinful nature because of what Adam did and we all sin as a result.

When we crucify the flesh (evil nature) and walk in the Spirit, (which is a continual battle) we will not choose to sin. The spirit in us is the only force and way to overcome the flesh, which comes by faith.
In God’s domain, NOTHING is a battle. It’s all about AUTHORITY. Who is The Most High? He is the One with the most authority.
In Christ, we are born again of incorruptible seed and given authority over our sinful nature and this world.
Therefore, we are NEVER taken as captives to sin, but we have a choice to walk according to our flesh or the spirit.
If we choose the flesh, we will sin.
If we choose the spirit, we will not sin.

We are to be led by and walk In the Spirit. The Spirit of Christ will never lead you to sin. Also, don’t miss the part where I said God writes His Law I’m our hearts. God cleanses the inside, so that both the inside and outside are clean.
What is our part abide in Jesus and walk in the Spirit. But only God can regenerate us, preserve us, and only He can begin and perfect the work in us
Yes, and crucifying the flesh is accomplished by denying its fleshly lusts and following the promptings of the Spirit instead
You demonstrate that you don’t even try to hear what others are saying. The Law is a curse to people who are under it and don’t fulfill it to perfection. Jesus was born under the Law but fulfilled it to perfection,therefore why would you ask if it is a curse to Him?
You put yourself under the Law so you are obligated to do everything in it perfectly and completely, or you place yourself under a curse
WE HAVE been crucified with Jesus who is our substitute, taking the curse of the broken law on Himself. Our curse. This is precisely why Jesus came to fulfill the Law, to redeem us from its curse. He was and is the only one who could accomplish this

so now its only a curse is its not done perfect. not what you said before.
Jesus commanded we love the Father and man, if we dont love them perfect, then what? see the problems this "you must do it perfect" causes.
the Father forgives sins, and has always forgiven. the curse comes from turning from the law and never turning back.
