Romans 8: vise 1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them are in Christ JESUS, who walk not after the flesh, but after spirit. vise 2- For the law of the spirit of life in CHRIST JESUS hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

The Lord laid it all out for us so wonderfully right there! 'His praise shall continually b in my mouth', Ps 34:1.
