again as I said
THE INITIAL PHYSICAL EVIDENCE OF THE BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT. why is that said? because everyone who is recorded in the Book of Acts spoke in tongues or prophesied after 1. hands were laid on them. 2. after water baptism 3. no hand were laid on them but were saved.
So, you are wrong again thank you/..
No, I’m not. There is more to the Bible than the book of acts. We are not the early church and we are not Apostles.

and you are wrong.
I’ve also noticed that Pentecostals shy away when Jesus is mentioned and they keep wanting to go back to the book of acts. Jesus is Lord and Savior. Love God with all your heart, mind, strength, and soul and love others as yourself. Jesus didn’t command us to chase after the Holy Spirit for signs. We should desire them for the glory of God.

yes there is more but if you are going to be contextual about the Infilling of the Holy Spirit you have to look at what Jesus said about the Holy Spirit first. Then what Jesus said to do and wait for . Then what came and happen and what was the effects after and what did the Holy Spirit do from that point on. You can dismiss the Book of Acts if you like to. I now fully well you are not an (a)postle .

NOt at all John 14 to 16 is very clear how the Holy Spirit helps us and so is Mark 16. you can make assertions all you want but it is not true.

The book of Acts isn’t a play book of every believer. It recorded the acts of the Apostles and the early church. I am an apostle and sealed by the Holy Spirit. I don’t need to speak on tongues to prove it.

did Jesus tell us to attack the Holy Spirit and seek other beliefs to disprove the Holy Spirit? You could not show biblically your point so now you result to attacks and insults as the immaturity is now displayed. Yes they are to be desired you are correct at 1cor 12 to 14 teaches

Ok so now the Book of Acts is not authoritative in the context of itself. Then just rip out of the New Testament. No one said you need to speak in tongues. and you are no apostle lol.

John 14 and 16 speak of the Holy Spirit being a helper and glorifying Jesus. Mark 16: 9-20 is contested with good reason and it’s what every Charismatic goes to for defense. Mark didn’t write it.

1 Cor 12-14 state gifts are unique. And 14 specifically is an admonition of the Corinthians abuse of the gift of tongues. It’s not a pat on the back and encouragement to keep doing it.

the Apostles were nothing without the Holy Spirit. That is why some see the Book of Acts as "the Acts of the Holy Spirit". They waited on the Spirit, they taught the gifts of the Holy Spirit

wrong and the term pat on the back is not in 1cor 12 14 chapters. What is?
1cor 14:39

" 39 Therefore, brethren, desire earnestly to prophesy, and do not forbid to speak with tongues. 40 Let all things be done decently and in order. "

it sure does not sound like a pat on the back but it does state do not forbid to speak with tongues.
1cor chapter 12- 14 are known as unity chapters most of us here know that. Now you do.

How do you account for John 20:22? Or was that not technically a baptism in the Holy Spirit; hence no tongues?

I never once forbid anyone from speaking in tongues. I am calling out the distortions of scripture.

I never said it’s a group of people 🤣. It’s a serpentine spirit that coils around the spine. It is not the Holy Spirit yet a Pentecostal revival is identical to a kundalini awakening in Hinduism.
The Hindu most likely developed that from the parable of the bronze serpent used in the wilderness, a symbol of healing . .
