When we "stand", we'll be portrayed as "aggressive" ...
I was reading a comment online today, and a person stated "there so many "phobes" for some many groups....xenophobe, Islamophobe etc.,

but there is no labels or slurs for those who come against Christians. Why?

Because the world hates us.

Just like Jesus said they would.

Yes. I love that Father told us that we would be treated miserably in this world. We can hold fast to His Word, knowing that we will indeed receive that which He promised ... that His glory shall be revealed and we will be glad with exceeding joy.

1 Peter 4:12-14 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.

I also love the verse that talks about the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us (Rom 8:18) and our light affliction, which is just for a moment, works for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory (2 Cor 4:17). God's Word is full of promises we can hold on to when we face adversity.

Nice way to misquote the scripture.

The Calvinist world hates the Arminius world.

The Arminius world hates the Calvinist world.

The Roman Catholic world hates the Protestant world.

The Protestant world hates the Roman Catholic world

The Cessationalist world hates the tongue blabbering world.

The Christian world hates the Islamic world

The Islamic world hates the Christian world

The leftist world hates the rightest world

The rightest world hates the leftist world

I'm sure I could come up with some more haters for you.

How about hating yourselves?

The left/progressives seems benignly tolerant of other faiths in general but they do hate Christianity in particular. To me it's a kind of confirmation that i'm on the right team !

The "leftists" and atheists would probably be a little more tolerant of Christians too if they weren't hell bent on making the countries they dwell in a theocracy in their own "theological" image.

We have the Roman catholic church and Henry the Apethe as fine examples.

It seems like you're using the word "hate" recklessly just to make a point that isn't even correct.

If you can't admit that Jesus is correct about the world hating us, I don't even know what to say for you as a Christian.

1. Christians are pushing for a theocracy? Where?

2. What about the Islamic theocracies that the leftists and atheists don't hate? Doesn't seem like they have a hard time tolerating theocracy too much when it comes to Islam. In fact, they seem to support it then.

Just face it: the left and progressives have a strong bias against Christianity more so than other faiths.

Why are you so dedicated to maligning Christians?

In minds like his, he equates disagreement with hatred. Christians disagree with many different doctrines in Scripture, but true brothers and sisters in Christ in NO way "hate" each other. That would by definition mean they WEREN'T Christians.

We will know true Christians by their fruit.
Hundreds of thousands went to D.C. to speak up and pray for the unborn that never have a chance at life. Beyond the Covington situation, the media didn't even cover the story. And of course what they did cover was fake.

There were no hateful, vulgar, disgusting chants, like what happened the very next day at the women's march.

The devil will try harder and harder to divide true Christians. Gender against gender. Old against young. Race against race. And many other ways. Let NONE of us fall for his wiles.

Let US gain and gain proclaim OUR love for each other, which completely destroys and overcomes his tactics.

The Islamic world hates the truth of the Gospel. But many of them are coming to faith in these last days. The rest of what you said is a blanket statement that is simply false. I don't believe in Calvinism but I have wonderful friends that do,more than one and we love each other dearly. I often attend a Baptist church that doesn't believe as I do but they know me there and welcome me. I traveled in thousands of churches of all denominations and was accepted with open arms. One night two nuns came up to me after service and we talked for a long time, they were wonderful ladies. I don't agree with the RC and they don't agree with me on everything still we had a wonderful convo about the Lord. Your statement is your feelings,it's not fact.

We are to be salt and light. Salt stings when applied to a wound. We're not suppose to seek tolerance from the world. America isn't a theocracy, never has been nor will it be. We're in the last days.

Let's stick to the present shall we.

Tell me who is making a theocracy? Do you even know what a theocracy is?

Do you even understand how the American Constitution is formulated to prevent this from happening?

Interestingly, it is the far left that is against the original intentions of the constitution, they are the ones wanting to impose their humanist, secularist ideology on all humanity.

Wow, Thank you.

Meanwhile those poor students just being kids and acting like kids do, are vilified in the media with falsehoods, all because this man wanted to stir the pot.

So infuriating.

As well, I saw on one news clip that Nathan was in a music video, paid actor, is this another set up?

Well, you can be a bit more perturbed to know that Mr. Phillips has been gracious enough to actually forgive the students. Not at all offering an apology for HIS actions!

Native American activist Nathan Phillips forgives Covington Catholic students for viral showdown despite their 'insincerity'

And repeated the lie that the kids surrounded him. Despite video showing different. Ninja level commitment to lies,I'll give him that.
