Here is the excuse. We can continue in sin because we are forgiven and sin has already been ignored.
In this world someone could jump down and murder everyone, and still go to heaven and be welcomed
in as a chosen Child of God.

So obeying God is now evil, and they do not realise the enemy has taken their hearts and they are
lost by this very declaration of rebellion.
Not that a murderer can't be forgiven, but this is for sure, Satan has ensnared people to preach falseness, like the faith alone doctrine.
Who but Satan would be behind such a teaching?

WHAT?
Where do you come up with this nonsense?
I am starting to think you are not serious you are just here to bully people..Do you think it is funny or something?
Why do you bully people the way you condemn them for bullying?

People need to learn the difference between justification (by faith) and sanctification (Christian growth)

This thread is about how one is saved, Not how the saved mature in christ by allowing God to work in them to grow them to become christlike.
Excellent point (we have been endeavoring to point out continually :D )

Each of the "train" verses that YTG put forth, had to do with that, as you say. [one verse even said "fully trained"]

We are washed, made clean, justified, made the righteousness of Jesus, sanctified, made holy, made perfect, when we are saved.
Then we live our lives up to that.

The tax collector confessed he was a sinner, and became broken to the point he could not even look to heaven.
The pharisee did not think he sinned. Thus did nto need a savior. While praising God he wa snot like the tax collector.
How you can not see this just goes to further show you lack of discernment.
How can you not see this just goes to further show your lack of discernment?
The story is simple, sinners need to repent, and stay repentant and walk in the ways of God.

I am describing what you are doing, that is not judgement.
A comparison is pointing out something that is true, it is up to others if they wish to judge or not.

The trap you pose is to become your reflection. God bless you, that is not what the Holy Spirit tells me to do.
We are just here to witness to His fruit and His blessing. If you cannot handle the light, you can always
go elsewhere.
so, were you a witness to His fruit and blessings when you said that this place was " full of old bitter retired people ??

was that a Holy Sprit outburst when you said this ?

No

It says that is HOW you do it

It does not say as you claim. That OBEYING is love

You have it backwards, just like you do salvation. Your trying to obey first, then be saved, Instead of being saved first SO you can obey.
There is no way you can love another person without obeying God.
Jesus says all the commands are fulfilled in a person who loves God and others.
Tell us how you loved others if you murdered someone, or steal from them, or commit adultery with their wife?

What does this have to do with what I said.

Of course SPIRITUAL MATURITY takes alot of work. of Course it takes alot of trusting in God. (Of course, since you think I think it is ok to continue in sin, (Which is a LIE) you can not understand I believe these things)

But Paul said in romans 7 he still had a war between the flesh and the spirit. And considered himself the chief of all sinners. God even gave him a thorn in the flesh to keep him honest.

Heb 12 - If paul was sinless. Why did he need to be chastened?

You still have 1 John 1: 8. Which tells you you are decieved. If you will not listen to john, Why shoud we expect you to listen though?
Paul did not still do things that qualified himself as a chief of sinners!

You obey all of the commands of Jesus?

Do you obey this one every time you eat?

“Then said he also to him that bade him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor thy rich neighbors; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompense be made thee. But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind: and thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just” (Luke 14:12–14).

I bet you don't. ;)
I'm not rich like that to where I give feasts.

There are two different groups in the statement "Faith alone"
The traditional protestant church is in the "Faith alone" justifies and washes us clean but this faith is
active and shows in good works and confessions of faith.

The "faith alone" that is heretical is easy believism which separates the fruit of faith from the faith itself
and says however you live does not matter to ones status in the Kingdom. Linked to this is the heresy
of changing your mind like I like blue instead of green colours is repentance, upon which your whole
eternal future rests.

It is this change of words and meaning that deceives many into accepting people as believers who
deny walking like Jesus and obeying His words. They will hide in christian groups and defame the
people of God until none are left, as if Gods people are the enemy and not obeying Jesus is salvation.
And the sign that such a group exists, is any mention of obeying Jesus is dealt with as if it is heresy
and evil.

The Lord is gracious and kind and those who choose this path will inherit its end and consequences,
and His people will listen to His word and voice and follow Him into eternity, Amen.

Of course we can change our minds about sinning before we are born again. It is the way to be born again.
Utterly lost!

For any outside observers reading this, understand that this person is preaching a false Gospel. Young Christians, be not troubled by the likes of him. This indignation will pass. His false gospel will have you feeling great condemnation when you stumble, and James tells us we ALL stumble in many ways. So be at peace, but recognize his works doctrine for what it is. A trampling of our Blessed Lord's Blood.

Jesus loves you. He died for you. To pay your sin debt. He was raised from the grave on the 3rd day to prove that all those that are in Him will rise again and be with Him forever.

Are you confirming it is a word of knowledge my friend?
Or are you suggesting there is no one on this forum who has bitterness in their hearts
and is not retired?

By the way are you a happy soul who is not retired?

Hi Penn, So your problem is having conviction of sin is a false gospel. God help your soul.

Romans 5:5 [blb] -

"And hope does not make us ashamed, because the love of God has been poured out into our hearts through [by means of] the Holy Spirit, the One having been given to us."

Let us not wade into the temptation of "denying THE POWER thereof"
