There hasn’t been a good president since FDR.

Speaking of ‘voice’...Johnny Cash is on the radio...what a voice...

I may have to change my mind about your point of view. You make some good points.
Trump has done some good things. He's rebuilt our relationship with Israel. He's bolstered the economy through a re-entrenching of a positive attitude in the country. He's made it allowable for people to be openly patriotic again, much to the repeated dismay of Liberals who never do anything for the country besides run it down. But he hasn't kept some promises he made, but it also seems his breathless fan boys are letting him skate on those. I was just beginning to harbor some hope for the man when he lost me with his failure to do anything at all with the Saudis over the assassination of Jamal Khasoggi. So now the Saudis know they can kill anyone they want to, including our own citizens if they want to, and they will suffer no ill effects. Not a good precedent to set.

Bitter much?
Comprehension skilz son.

I said IN MY VIEW. This automatically designates what I said as opinion.
Not bitter at all. I simply point out what he hasn't done and you can't get any traction with that, so you don't want to touch it. In one respect, Trump is actually no different than Obama. He is surrounded by a cult of personality that worships him because of what he says, not what he actually does. His pom pom carriers set the bar really low, so Trump has an easier time reaching it. That isn't bitterness, it's simple reality.

My comprehension skills are just fine, and I am not your son.

Sorry dude. I can only explain things to you. Unfortunately I can't comprehend things for you.

Maybe if you think about your President's massive accomplishments you too can be content to vote for him.

Ugggh! from California to the Gulf of Mexico all of the states along the border were Mexico. The border is as offensive as Indian Reservations. Rather than sending my son to Quait to fight for the oil companies I would rather have him sent south to fight the narco terrorists. The results would be quick, direct and certain. They have oil, opium and relatives here too. Why are we so quick to defend Pakistan and Africa and ignore our needy neighbors? The United States is a nation of immigrants. Let's never forget it.
The problem with Mexico is not confined to drug dealing. The entire country is a corrupt, bankrupt cesspit. Why in the world would we not have a sealed border when it is a border with a 3rd world country?

We are not a nation of "immigrants.'" I'm not an immigrant. I was born here. Even the Native Americans came here from somewhere else originally. They didn't pop up out of the ground. The concept that we should just let anyone in that wants to wander in and stay is ludicrous, not to mention irresponsible.

It is not up to the United States to bail out every country that has problems. Mexico is perennially messed up and throwing money at the country won't help it at all.

I don't have a comprehension problem simply because I don't agree with you, and it is patently prideful for you to keep pushing that line of thought as if you are the only person who has everything figured out. You clearly do not. If you did, you would have no need to make smug posts like the one above.

I don't hate Trump but neither do I support him. He hasn't had any massive accomplishments beyond what his fans falsely attribute to him. Most of what people attribute to Trump have actually been accomplished by regular people changing their spending and working habits because we have a handful of people who now foster a positive attitude instead of 8 years of screaming to everyone that white people are the reason for every one of the country's problems. Kudos to ordinary Americans more than Trump. He is a catalyst, but he isn't doing nearly as much as some people give him credit for. That credit belongs to the country itself, in general. And honestly, every time I just get to the point where I can get behind him, he does or says something stupid, like the Saudi incident, or some breathless, doe-eyed fan comes along telling me about all the fluffy, magical things he's done to instantly turn the country into Shangi-La, and moves me back to Square One. He won't get my support at all until he repeals the ACA, like he promised to do in his first day of office.

You brought up Kuwait. Kuwait was a specific case of a country invaded by another country. There was justification for that. The second Gulf War, not so much, and I was in no way in support of that. Nor was I in support of Obama's proxy wars all over the Middle East. Nor should we be in Afghanistan. We evidently didn't learn our lesson watching Russia get kicked from pillar to post in that country so we decided to put ourselves through the same thing. We shouldn't be there. Those things have nothing, at all, to do with open or closed borders in this country. We don't have problems with our border with Canada because Canada isn't a jack-up country with it's citizens trying to flee from it. That's what you have with Mexico and it is extremely foolish to just let waves of disgruntled people from another country into our own unabated, and un-vetted. people who will break the law to enter the country, initially, are not going to suddenly obey the country's laws once they get here. They've already learned they don't have to, just by being here.

Cmon Champ!

You're tellin me you don't know that Trump can't wave a magic wand to get EVERYTHING he wants done? Paul Ryan and much of the GOP fought him on this as well as many other things in his 1st 2yrs. But he DID dismantle much of obamacare. Most importantly removing the mandate to force people to buy insurance or face a tax (penalty).

And umm... how bout the tons of other accomplishments? Not even your boy Reagan moved our Embassy to Jerusalem.

My Nono (grand father) came here in 1919 to get away from the Huns and the Reds. I have in laws that's family has been here since were they came from belonged to Spain, then Mexico. If I had a nationalist mind frame it would be in favor of uniting north America. The Alps couldn't keep Hannibal out, a wall isn't going to stop desperate people. It's a waste of money!

Something need to be done with the fires that Hussein started. I was a global catastrophe. The pollution created was more important than the stupid nations where it occurred. But concerning Mexico if your neighbor was being held hostage wouldn't you call the police? If his home were ablaze you'd turn on a hose.

Do you remember a story about a King that was murdering babies and a baby's Step Father had a dream and they fled the country? They went to Egypt the Step Father was named Joseph The king (Herod) was as corrupt as any politician then or now and Jesus said:
"
https://biblehub.com/matthew/25-40.htm
And the king will answer them, 'I tell you the truth, just as you did it for one of the least of these brothers or sisters of mine, you did it for me.' New Heart English Bible "The King will answer them, 'Truly I tell you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.' Aramaic Bible

I wouldn't recommend turning fleeing refugees away, especially with babies. There must be a better solution.

No and it has never been proved anyone voted illegally or for sure they would have been tared and feathered. Yes I would vote for a Dem, say like Pres Jimmy Carter, who was more decent than many candidates nowadays. The hate groups are spreading even to elementary schools, very disturbing. God is love and that is the opposite. Have you ever went on one of those 'hate group' websites and they are serious, God help them and anyone they want to target, also.
That is ignorant at best....I sat in Calofornia in October before the election and watch the Demo party register illegal after illegal...no IDs, could not speak a lick of English anf had to get help filling out the registration.....Hillary had aome 2.5 million illegal votes including dead people....your view personifies P.T. Barnum's saying about a sucka born every minute if YOU BELIEVE THERE WERE NO ILLEGAL VOTES....

Your post didn't actually deal with anything I said, and I have a very hard time taking anything seriously from someone who has an avatar of Nuns with guns.

(quoting the first half of your post #90)
"He has a very good reason for concentrating on the wall, and unless someone is living, or has lived in a Southwestern state such as Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, or California, one cannot understand why this is such a serious issue. As a former native of Arizona, I can. The lower third of these states, especially New Mexico and Arizona have become areas occupied by hostile forces. These areas are now festooned with warning signs that U.S. citizens should enter them at their own risk due to the activities of illegal aliens, smugglers, drug dealers, etc. If I wanted to take a hike in Organ Pipe National Monument, I would surely need to take a firearm and I would probably be wise in just not taking it at all."

Of course my reply had nothing to do with that which you were addressing, right? :p
I can't think of anyone so blind as one who refuses to see.

As far as my "avatar?" Although, my gender isn't as shown? The guns? Are not just for show!

I can verify how rinky dink the Voter registration is in Cali. The parties get consulting firms to hire temps to work the parking lots of big stores and malls ect. They register voters on the spot, then try and get the registered voters to sign petitions and give the workers a small (Like 50 cent commission per signature) I was curious so I asked one, in fact I met another somewhere … who told me the same story.

That's been happening for years but not only with Latinos. I doubt if that comes directly from a "Party" but on the addenda's to those hired to get signatures.

I got a part time temp job in Vegas cold calling people in certain zip codes asking people question's, often political, but we didn't know who we were working for or what they did with the info gathered. We just knew make this many calls in 'X' hours, get a bonus. Stop completing surveys, get sent home for the shift. Cheat, lie or make answer suggestions, get fired.

Well...it was the Dem party and she got 2.5 million illegal votes with even the dead voting and Black Panthers intimidating voters at numerous polling stations.....
