A gay person can be saved, and all their sin forgiven, but they have to give up the gay lifestyle, the same as they have to give up fornicating, and stealing, and slandering people, and loving money for their wants, and any thing else that is a sin.

A gay person will not get to heaven any more than anybody that lives in sin whatever the sin.

The Bible says if you offend in the least of the law you offend in all, and a little leaven leavens the whole lump.

And all sin is unrighteousness.

The Bible says if we sin wilfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, then there is no more sacrifice for sins, which all sin can be forgiven, so this is speaking of people that live in sin, hold unto sin, and think they are alright with God.

But the Bible says that some have a form of godliness, but deny the power thereof, ever learning but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

So a person that would life the gay lifestyle, and confessed Christ, but did not give up the gay lifestyle, went to a Church that did not preach the truth about repentance anyway, and accepted homosexuality as if nothing is wrong.

Many people were not even saved, but think they are saved, which my sister has a friend, a woman who is a lesbian, and drinks alcohol, and does cocaine, so she must go to such a Church, who is a deacon at the Church.

The Bible says that all sin is done without the body except fornication, that is a sin against the body, and much more if it is homosexuality.

But the thing with homosexuality is it appears worse than a common sin, for God said it is an abomination to engage in the act, the same as having sex with animals is an abomination.

For God is the one that created all things, so He is the one that decides the rules of the physical realm, and He did not create a man and a man, and a woman and a woman, to be together, and did not create people to have sex with animals.

That is not how the natural realm works according to God for He lays down the rules of it, and how it should operate.

God does not see homosexuality as love, and anything that is not love is sin, although the people in a gay relationship will think it is love, and God only allows people to be married to the opposite sex for it to be legitimate in love.

And also when a man and a woman marry they become one flesh, and that is why there is no sin among them.

But since God did not ordain for a homosexual relationship to happen then when they marry they do not become one flesh, so there is sin among them.

The Bible even says that nature teaches that it is a shame for a man to have long hair, testifying that a man should not behave like a woman.

But again if anybody holds unto sin no matter what the sin it cannot be forgiven, so the blood of Jesus cannot wash it away, for God will not take away the sin if we hold on to it.

And for people that say they cannot abstain from sin, they have no say so in this matter, for they are holding unto sin for they say they cannot abstain from sin, so how can they say anything against the homosexual who cannot abstain from that sin, or at least they think they cannot.

The truth is there is no struggling with sin, only not submitting to the Spirit.

The gay person cannot live the gay lifestyle and be a part of heaven.

The new age movement is the future for this sinful world, and will pave the way to the world rebelling against God when the nations come together as one, and try to establish peace on earth.

When they do come together they will forbid to marry for population reduction, and command to be a vegetarian, amd that is because the powers to be are of the occult who are running the show.

So they want to get the ball rolling with getting people to believe they are born gay, it is alright to be gay and make it to heaven, transgender, and anything else to get people to look upon it, and to drive a wedge between men and women with woman's liberation, feminism, and showing men in the media as dogs, and women as controlling and caring about money.
It would be interesting to know your explanation of what Jesus accomplished on the cross, if, indeed, you even think that he accomplished anything.

Forest Cook you are not a Christian. Why are you on this site? You live in darkness and you are the worker of iniquity. If you keep it up and dont repent from here until you are faced before God you will be tossed into the lake of fire. Regardless if you believe there is a hell or not.

There is no truth in the lies you speak on this site and you only bring division and controversy. Jesus died on the cross for anyone who will follow Christ and believe. This applies to all of us who have recieved His Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit convicts us of our sins and guides us to how we should walk. You do not have the Holy Spirit.

What you speak is from a place of ignorance and darkness that is why it is so easy to discern that you are lost. Young man it doesnt have to be that way. The gift is not because we did anything to deserve it. Im no better than you. Open your heart and leave your sinful desires behind. A repentant heart turns to God for healing, deliverance, wisdom, truth, love and all our needs.

It is a joy to be a child of God. Dont miss that opportunity following and promoting lies and false doctrine. God bless your soul youngsta.

That's not what my post said. What it does say is "For those who use the grace of God to continue in sin, their condemnation is deserved."

Surely eternally-gratefull, you know that those who are truly in Christ are wrestling to overcome the sinful nature. There is a big difference between those who have a repentant heart and who stumble during the process vs. those who have justified their sins so that they can continue in them, such as those who are living same-sex life styles. If a person was gay when they came to Christ and they are wrestling to overcome it, then they have a repentant heart and the right spirit. However, if they are attempting to justify it so that they can continue in it, that is the opposite of repentance and the wrong spirit.

I am a sinner who is wrestling to overcome. And when I stumble, I go to the Father and ask for forgiveness and His help to overcome it. For scripture states that if anyone says he has no sin, he is a liar and the truth is not in him. When we sin, if we confess our sins, He is faith and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us of all unrighteousness.

Many who are gay and are justifying the sin of same-sex and not wrestling with it, but instead attempting to make it ok, as though it was as natural as marriage between and man and a woman.
While we don't always agree on other topics, Ahwat, I am in full agreement with you in this. The church that Jesus founded is full of sinners... who have been cleansed by the blood. Following Jesus is a life-long "effort" and none of us make it without slipping in one form or fashion.

No one is sinless.
Ok, So you are failed to live up to Gods standard. So why don’t you judge yourself before judging others?

We claim Jesus Christ as our intersessor for sin. But we walk in righteousness through Jesus Christ our savior and redeemer. If we kill our flesh as Christ died on the cross, we must therefore live in the Spirit. Which is the Holy Spirit the Spirit of God. In God there is no sin. Therefore if we live in Spirit we will not sin, but if we do sin we have the Lord to call out to and confess our sin and He is merciful to forgive us.

A true Christian will not promote endorce or justify any sin. In this example homosexuality. Which is not only a sin but an abomination to God.
No one is endorsing or justifying any sin. But we also to be like christ, sho himself said he did not come to judge the world. But that through hi the world might be saved.

So again, Why are you judging another person who is stugling with his sin, when you have your own sin you struggle with?

Ok, Then WHO is using the grace of God to condone sin? I do not see anyone in here saying it is ok to do any sin, so what is everyone all in an uproar about. acting like holier than though pharisees (thank God I am not like the homosexual) ??

Ok, Who is justifying their sin?

If someone is in sin, and does not ADMIT it is sin, and continues in it,, like it is perfectly ok, Than I get it, But NO christian I know in my life (even people who struggle with alcohol) thinks it is OK for them to continue.. They need HELP. Not JUDGED!

That is my point.

Of course, when we get to heaven, We will not be those things anymore..
While we are here, We will still be hating our brothers, and not know it. Thinking go or people in the opposite sex in a way which is sin, and deny it. Bearing false witness, or lying to ourselves and deny it or not even realise we are doing it.
Thats why we need to focus on GOD and listen to his chastening, and stop trying to think we are so holy and righteous and do not do the things we do every single day. And not realise or even know it. (Or know it, but do not want to tell anyone about it)
The above is just a statement of non-believers.
It is saying we are all sinners, so let us all sin in peace.

That is the opposite of walking righteously as Jesus walked without sin.

But will will always have unbelievers claiming they know Jesus yet doing evil,
obvious blatant sin with no repentance or remorse. And we are simply commanded
to confront and challenge, and if they refuse, reject and deal with them as if they
had no faith at all.

I cannot take EG seriously because he refuses to define what is sin to him and what
is victory in Christ.

Many come as deceivers, asking people to compromise with sin because saying sin
kills is too blunt and will upset others.

God is blunter too, you will be sent to the lake of fire because of sin.

Romans 6:1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.
8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
19 I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.
20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.
21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.
22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Pretty harsh words, especially from a person of 36 years old referring to an 84 year old as youngsta and young man, but thanks, it makes an old man feel good to be referred to as young. You are probably one of those that thinks that God, by his foreknowledge, saw who would follow him and believe in him and choose them to be his children. Psalms 53:2-3 explains what God saw by his foreknowledge and that is why he choose a set amount of people (Eph 1) and had Jesus to be a sacrifice for their sins so that he would have someone to worship and praise him. Jesus's sacrifice was an offering to God, for God's acceptance and not to man for man's acceptance. 1 Cor 2:14 tells us how we are by nature before God gives us new life (in Eph 2). It is after we have new life that we follow him and believe in him. Even though you believe in a false doctrine you have evidence that you are seeking God and are a part of his chosen.

I perceive that you have pretty sound thinking by favoring Romans 8. I know that their are actively gay people in many religious congregations. In the church that I am a member of, we no not except members if they are actively participating in a sinful lifestyle and if we detect, after accepting a person, that they are, we exclude them as instructed by scripture.

so what will happen to all the gay christians?in thes last days they sing on choirs and minister and all that good thing
If they are included in those that God gave to his son to die for, in John 6:38, they will go to heaven, but they will be changed in the twinkling of the eye when Christ comes back to gather his elect and take them to heaven, however as they live here on earth, the church that Christ set up that are following his guidelines of church discipline will not allow them to be members of the church.

Noone said it was. The bible clearly says homosexuals will not inherit the kingdom of Heaven. Those are God's words. Not mans.
Christ's kingdom is his church here on earth in which he has been actively reigning over sense the day he set it up. I know that their are a lot of, so called churches, that accept gay people into their membership, but the true church that Jesus set up that practices and teach his doctrine, does not accept gays as members, however, if they are part of those that God gave to his Son to die for in John 6:38 they will go to heaven after they are changed in the twinkling of the eye when Jesus comes back to collect his elect and take them home.

I myself don't condone same-sex sexual relations. That said, if you must debate the question, then you need to address these 5 talking points used by progressives to justify homosexuality:

(1) "For there are eunuchs who have been so from birth...Let anyone accept this who can (Matthew 19:12)."
"Eunuchs from Birth" is a rabbinic expression that includes any man who, for whatever reason, lacks natural attraction to women. So Jesus is here condoning the gay orientation, but not the homosexual sexual lifestyle.

(2) Some Bible scholars point out that the Greek terms in 1 Corinthians 6:9 apply not to gays in general, but to older men who demand sex from slave call boys. In other words, the sin condemned is pederasty, not homosexual sex acts.

(3) Some Bible scholars ooint out that the subject of Romans 1:26-27 is heterosexuals having same-sex sexual relations motivated by lust. Thus, Paul is not dealing with sex between 2 homosexuals or lesbians who are not naturally heterosexual and who entger same-sex intimate relationships motivated by agape love.

(4) In this regard, Bible scholars point to the claim that David's love for Jonathan was greater than a man's normal love for his wife (2 Samuel 1:26) and consider this a biblical precedent and model for modern homosexual love.

(5) Some Bible scholars argue that the prohibitions against same-sex sex acts in Leviticus apply only to Canaanite cult prostitution rituals hence the anti-cultic term "abomination") , not to homosexuality in general. Besides, the Leviticus regulations are part of the Law of Moses that was terminated by Christ.

Sigh, another one. Where do these people come from. It's no wonder people can't find the way with so many preachers of false doctrine. If you do not turn from your sinful lifestyle you will split hell wide open. Stop lying to people. There will be no gay Christians in heaven, there will be formerly gay Christians who turned from that lifestyle and accepted the Lord as their Savior. Anything else is a lie,and a dangerous one.

I think we need to rephrase this a little

There will be former gay christians who were saved by faith, And through this salvation and the power of the Holy Spirit were able to turn from this lifestyle.

Its dangerous to say we turned first. Thats earning your salvation, and to be honest, prety hard to do outside of th power of God

otherwise I agree sis.

On a side note, there is no scientific basis for people thinking they're born gay. The only 'scientific' study supporting this belief was done by a gay man, who acknowledged that his study was prejudiced by his personal preference. So, for us to believe that God is ok with this(or any other form of fornication)is ludicrous.
