the first half was completed with Christ's baptism in the Jordan, Death and Resurrection! the remaining 3 1/2 years (after His Death and Ascension) marked the bringing in of the gentiles.
and the part about "even unto the consummation" doesn't INCLUDE 70AD. it's attached to the passage in Daniel because it was the carrying out of the decree AGAINST JERUSALEM - THE CONSUMMATION OF THE JUDGMENT.
if Jesus didn't fulfill all 70 weeks you are still in YOUR SINS!

Dispensationalism POSTPONES the anointing of the Most Holy from the fulfillment in Jesus Christ, to it being fulfilled in a new temple and renewed sacrifices.
The Temple does NOT have anything to do with Jesus or The Promise. The six events of Daniel are about Jesus Christ, not the nation of Israel or the Temple. Otherwise, the nation of Israel and the Temple would either become the messiah (their Kabbalistic writings actually teach this), or we are all are waiting on the messiah and that means Jesus Christ was a fraud.
They say the 70th week is seven years saved off of the Cross and taken down from the bloody hands of Jesus (Col 2:14 is reported to be an error).
These false teachers report this is the true completion of the 70th week, during which all Israel will be saved without need of Jesus since they are under a DIFFERENT COVENANT.
They are teaching that this is made possible, because God the Father would not allow God the Son to nail the last seven years of the Law to the Cross; that God the Father withheld the last 7 years of the Law dispensation off the Cross so animal sacrifices could be resumed after the Church is secretly raptured

The fulness of the Godhead now dwelt in Jesus, whereas before the Babylonian Captivity it dwelt behind the vail in the holy of holies.

So tear 1 Thes. chapters 4 & 5, and 1 Cor. 15, OUT of your bible. But don't ask us to do the same. These are just as expired by the Holy Spirit as the rest of Paul's writings.

The 70 weeks of judgment do not have anything to do with me.
Those 70 weeks were decreed against the nation of Israel.
Some forget that there is a physical nation Israel, and a spiritual nation Israel. God called both, but one has never accepted Him, always hardening their hearts against Him to not hear His voice. The spiritual nation of Israel has always heard Him and feared Him and loved Him.
There is no place in any of the prophets where the 70 weeks is tied into the forgiveness of our sins. That is accomplished only and completely by Jesus' atonement on the cross. But even in this is not complete salvation, because He had to rise again to life. In His resurrection we are saved.
70 weeks were decreed for Daniels people, to finish transgression, (there are still transgressions,) to make an end to sin, (there are still sins,) to make atonement for iniquity, (there is still iniquity, and all iniquity has not been atoned for,) to bring in everlasting righteousness, (we certainly don't see everlasting righteousness yet,) to seal up the vision and prophecy, (prophecy is not over yet, not until all of vision of the revelation of Jesus Christ which John saw is complete,) and to anoint the most holy place. This final condition that the 70 weeks will bring about, the anointing of the most holy place; what is this? The temple in Jerusalem. It has not been anointed in a very long time, it is still not anointed. What anointing? The presence of the living God Himself. As Ezekiel wrote, from the vision he saw, there will be a river of life flowing out from under the throne in the temple, which will flow into the sea and heal the entire oceans of the disaster from the tribulation. And trees will grow on the bank of this river, (which by the way gets deeper and deeper as it flows from the temple,) and these trees will be for the healing of the nations.
If the 70 weeks are done, where are these things, how are they complete?

This is just MYTH. There is no real proof that Jesus ministry fulfilled one half of the 70th week at all. It is man's imagination, and it does not fit the book of Daniel.

27And he shall enter into a strong and firm covenant with the many for one week [seven years]. And in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and offering to cease [for the remaining three and one-half years]; and upon the wing or pinnacle of abominations [shall come] one who makes desolate, until the full determined end is poured out on the desolator.
This is the amplified and correctly shows the intent of the author: the sacrifices are ceased for the remainder of the 7 years of the final week, still in our future. Here is the SAME 3.5 years:

25And he shall speak words against the Most High [God] and shall wear out the saints of the Most High and think to change the time [of sacred feasts and holy days] and the law; and the saints shall be given into his hand for a time, two times, and half a time [three and one-half years].
Do you wish to make the "he" here, Jesus? No, I don't think so. This is not the Christ here, this is the ANTI-Christ. And this 3.5 years is still very much in our future. Dan. 11: from about verse 36 on, tells us of the first half of the week, still events in our future.
WHO is the first "he" in verse 27 above? By all rules of writing, we must go back the the first person mentioned.
Dan 9:26... And the people of the [other] prince who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. Its end shall come with a flood; and even to the end there shall be war, and desolations are decreed.
So WHO is the first person mentioned? "The prince" of the people that come to destroy the city: that would be Titus, of the Roman people. But he came in 70 AD that does not fit with the first 3.5 years being Christ's time on earth. But a NEW prince from the same land area as the old Roman Empire, into a NEW 7 year period in our future, and it fits. It is the Antichrist in our future that will enter into a covenant with many for the final 7 years. Unless, of course, you wish to make Jesus the prince that destroyed the city?

Sorry, the prince of the people that came and destroyed the city was NOT Jesus Christ. It was Titus and the Roman's that destroyed the city. And it will be a new leader from the land area of the Eastern leg of the Roman Empire that will enter into an agreement with many for one week.

All that is good, except for the parts about the 70th week. The final 70th week, still in our future, IS about Jerusalem, and IS about Israel, the descendants of Jacob. But it is FUTURE, not past. Many people are so sure the 70th week is past, they spiritualize the entire book of Revelation and tell us all that is history. But their ideas are fiction and myth. The entire 70th week is future. If not, then John was not writing by inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

Dream on! May I suggest you study 1 Thes. 5 a little closer? Paul makes it very clear that the rapture comes BEFORE (actually is the trigger for) the Day of the Lord. In Revelation we can see that the SIGNS for the day of the Lord come at the 6th seal, and That Day will begin at the 7th seal, and WITH the first trumpet judgment. Oh, if you will notice, Jesus does not return until chapter 19, about 7 years AFTER the 7th seal?
