The majority of people who take the name Christian believe that God desires to save everybody. Obviously, Arminians believe this for Arminians deny biblical election and reprobation. The Arminian teaches that salvation or non-salvation depends ultimately on the alleged free will of the sinner. This is the case with contemporary Arminians in the world today, and this was the case with the Arminians at the Synod of Dordt (1618-1619). At the Synod of Dordt, the Arminians clearly stated the position called the free offer—that God desires to save everybody. But the Synod of Dordt did not take that position.
The Pelagians and Semi-Pelagians in the early church taught that God desires to save everybody. The Roman Catholic Church also insists that God desires and wishes to save everybody. Arminians and Romanists believe the same thing on these points.
However, many who claim to be Calvinists also believe that God desires to save everybody. Therefore at this point their teaching is the same as the Arminians and the Roman Catholics. They teach that God desires to save the reprobate, although that is not the way they will typically frame it. That lets the cat out of the bag, because it is like saying that God desires to save those whom He has chosen not to save, or God desires to save those whom He does not desire to save because they are reprobate.
Those who do not hold this view that God desires to save the reprobate, commonly called the free offer or the well-meant offer, are told that they cannot truly preach the gospel. If this were true, this is a very serious, even damning, indictment. Then the epithet "hyper-Calvinist" is used. These professed Calvinists, who maintain that there is a desire or wish or will in the very being of God to save the reprobate, teach that this is sincere, for God earnestly wants to save them. They make it clear that this is not just an apparent desire. This is a real desire. In fact, this is an ardent desire. God patiently, longingly wants to save absolutely everybody.
Except, that's wrong and unbiblical.

Sweetie, we ARE ALL SINNERS. Christians and unbelievers alike. JESUS CAME HERE FOR SINNERS. He did not come here for the righteous. Repentant sinners (including killers, rapists, etc) WILL be saved. The unrepentant sinners who want no part of God, will NEVER be forgiven.
Murder is a sin. And in a few posts here, YOU have wished death and dismemberment to rapists and other of their kind. So how does that distinguish you from any other killer on earth?
Jesus died for ALL mankind. Not all will accept Him however. That's why the bible says that many are chosen, but few will enter.

WE GET IT. You seriously need to stop ranting about this. You'll only make your depression worse. PLEASE STOP. Take it from a person with life-long depression, the more you dwell on this, the worse your mindset will become.
We read the bible. We know what it says about wolves and sheep. We don't need a manic depressive girl to bash it into our heads over and over. We can't stop evil, nor those who do it. Nor can we stop, nor always identify, the wolves in this world. Now for the love of GOD, please stop obsessing on this subject!!

Maybe I wouldn't be so "manic depressive" if I had people to talk to about these things. But I don't! I have NO ONE. No one in my family wants to hear it, and no one wants to be friends with me.
And that's not self-pity. I have gone out of my way for years now to try and make friends. But not only have many of those attempts fallen through, I've been blatantly ignored.
Maybe I'm sick of feeling so powerless over ANYTHING in my life.

You show by your constant rants that you think God saves people based on them not being as bad as others............wow. all I can say is wow. Paul was a murderer, HP. HE MURDERED HUNDREDS OF CHRISTIANS AND LIKED IT!!!!!! HE THOUGHT HE WAS DOING GOD'S WORK BY RUTHLESSLY MURDERING MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN!!!!! If you really believe that some people are just to bad to be saved then you've never met Christ. I was once one such as this. I was a monster who hated God and the gospel. I committed crimes that sent me to prison and ruined people's lives. But God changes my heart AGAINST MY WILL. I DIDN'T WANT TO BE SAVED. Everything you say about my God and His gospel of Grace is a lie. I have been changed by His blood. You are a self righteous heretics who blasphemes the God of all grace. You should be ashamed of your blasphemy. I pray God will open your eyes to His gospel and call you to Himself.
Your constant negative comments on here tells me that you're a manic depressive. This is how they act. They rant nonstop on a subject, like a dog with a bone. Believe me, we're just as angry as you, at all the evil done in this world. But we are powerless to control it. And we don't dwell on it constantly like you do. I think you need to work on getting your depression under control, because this behavior is giving the devil a hold on you, and you're enabling him.

You know NOTHING about me sir. And I don't know anything of you. You have NO IDEA what it's like to feel so lonely and alone and that everyone including GOD has forgotten about you.

But I know what you mean about being alone. I have no church because I teach the absolute predestination of God. His hatred is perfect and just. No one wants to hear that. It gets you kicked out of every church and called a hyper Calvinist. It makes you alone in the world. I have been in that place for many years.
But I refuse to compromise on the gospel of God's free and sovereign Grace. It is what scripture teaches. I think we have more in common than you think.

HP, I truly know how you feel being lonely and having few friends. My life has been hell since childhood. I barely speak to my parents and oldest sister. I pretty much loathe my mom and sister. I've even wished they were all dead. GOD HAS NOT forgotten about you!! I say that with absolute surety. 
And believe me, I feel that way about Him much of the time.
I have been ridiculed my entire life. I have been raped, physically and mentally abused, gone through cancer, etc. But you know what? All that crap has only made me stronger. We NEED to be strong to withstand all the stuff that life throws at us.
We aren't promised a cushy, problem-free life on earth. It's full of hardships, trials and injustices. All we can do is muddle through as best we can.
