That song is called This Train....I like the version by Pop Winans the most that I posted above. Mumford and Sons version is a lot of fun
This Train is Bound for Glory was the name of the song by Woodie Guthrie. Woodies life story Bound for Glory was named after the song. It starred David Carradine as Woodie. Kinda like "Everybody must get stoned", and "Rainy day women", is the same song. Oh well great songs anyway. Bill Monroe w/ Flat 'n Scruggs. did a bluegrass version of this train, but changed the lyrics slightly. FYI, :)

I am not looking for far and wide sir. I'm looking for spirited up tempo hand clapping, foot stomping gospel music. Please consider that when you submit tunes.......thank you.....Dan

That depends on you! All we can do is make suggestions'. How traditional or non-traditional do you like it? Amazing grace by Mumford and sons with Old Crow medicine show or the Resurrection Band? Andre' Crouch maybe? What makes YOU clap YOUR hands and stomp your feet. I worked at a live christian theater/church, four years. We had different performers every week, like Denny Correll, even Little Richard! All I've done was provide options for you and others to sort through, that I'm familiar with. I left lullaby's like "Over the Rainbow" by Joni Erikson off the list. I'm done.
