Well why do other people believe in it? If it's not there as you say.

If they could be wrong about that belief they trust with their whole faith, then who knows, you might be wrong about some thing's you believe too.
Of course I could be wrong, however, there is one thing I am absolutely convinced of ...... Jesus conquered sin and death and He offers me His victory, as a gift, and all I have to do is believe (agree with Him) and accept His free gift.

There's no outside information from historians of that time that all those events took place, and no outside information from any other source either that those events took place.

And I mean the specifics of those events.
Start with Josephus.

I can see the benefit of Phil 4:8

It as if I actually believe that it can happen and I believe that it's not too far away, as we see the possibility of riven praying with humble earnesty for Truth

Keeping focus on Jesus, does help

Start with Josephus.
When you finish with Josephus, move on to Lucien, and then the Babylonian Talmud.

There is also Tacitus. Then man up and admit you were wrong.

Start with Josephus.
He does not corroborate any specific events in Jesus ministry. He does not give any account other than the man Jesus was known as a miracle worker of sorts, and was crucified. Other than that it is absolutely useless to validate any of the other thing's Jesus claimed or did, because there's nothing else about Jesus there.

But why would anyone use the claims of Josephus as real evidence when he wasn't even born in the time of Jesus, or the disciples time after Jesus? He only heard stories that were in circulation for a long long time, like he actually knew it was true.

On another note.

If Josephus really was documenting the truth, why was he not a Christian himself?
