Chinese Peasant duck. It's backed in a very hot oven like A kiln which seals in all of the moisture and juices. Then they bust it open like a piggy bank. :love::p:love: You'd have to order it days in advance.

No, God hasn't used me for the last 30 years I am sorry to say. Other than going to church and writing the books, He has just left me alone. He speaks to me occasionally, but not like He used to. I had a lot of family obligations for about 20 years that kept me busy. There seems to be no demand for my services anywhere. :(
