Also if he did live and came to the Lord, a truly born again Christian would come forward, admit their wrongdoings and take whatever punishment was due them.

my biggest problem with this bill is that let's say a woman is raped and aborts the child the child , she can get up to 99 years in prison but the man who raped her will probably get like 10 years tops
if a woman can't abort her rapists baby then the man who raped her should get a mandatory life sentence
fair is fair after all

Pregnancy from rape is very low, around 2%. They can give a pill now days to make sure a woman doesn't get pregnant. But I saw a study recently that said most rape victims keep their baby. I think it was mentioned above that Alabama put forward a bill for medical castration of a rapist. I guess that's the term. Sounds like a good deal to me.
