Hes distinct because he's God as a human. While the Spirit
Dwells within our hearts and gives us that little nudge when something feels 'off'. The spirit is a person and he feels. That's why the Bible says do not grieve the spirit. Or quench the spirit. The Bible also says you can blaspheme the spirit by denying the work of Jesus(or the spirit) and giving the devil credit for it. So yes the three are distinct in the Trinity because they are like forms of water. Spirit would be like steam,Jesus would be water and God would be solid ice. But notice how they are still the same thing just different forms. Christ is all because he redeems mankind. He restores us to the Father and he IS the father.

Hi FullyLoved, unfortunately having the letters "Fu" have a different cultural meaning than you intend
so I would suggest adding a longer meaning so there is no confusion.

Christ is the head of the church and we are his body, without him in our life we can never see the real authenticity or veracity of him in our soul.
Amen

5 "I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.
6 If anyone does not remain in me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned.
John 15

19 That power is like the working of his mighty strength,
20 which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms,
21 far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the on to come.
22 And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church,
23 which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.
Eph 1

I wonder at any believer wondering at your statement because it is a summary of the word of God.

He said, ‘I and the Father are one’
Yes, one is essence/nature yet two distinct persons. Speaking from His Divinity, Jesus can certainly say, "I and the Father are one." (John 10:30) Yet speaking from His humanity, Jesus could also say, "the Father is greater than I." (John 14:28) Jesus Christ had two natures and was fully God and fully man.

Not sure what you're referring to

A longer meaning wouldn't change the content of earlier posts.

Constantine tried to mandate religion as the Caesar's did by enforcing worship of themselves. You can't mandate religion if you have any hope of authenticity. As Magenta said, this is scripture that Christ is the head of the church, stating this fact does not diminish the work of the Holy Spirit or the Sovereignty of the Father, it is just focused on Christ and his leadership of the church and thus the source of authenticity in the church.

Thanks for your great teaching and wisdom on scripture. Peace be with you
Try to understand what the trinity is. God is in the son through the holy Spirit and the holy spirit is in the son (Born of a virgin). We become one with the trinity because of our connection to the Spirit (through faith in Jesus). Jesus is God in the flesh meaning as a man like one of us

Frankly speaking,I will have love to answer you but the truth is, It’s not advisable to discuss on this mystery; so let’s keep it in our minds and also try to study and reflect very hard before you give any reflections concerning scripture. Peace

The trinity is an interesting concept, one I agree we likely will never fully understand in this life, but it is the concept the bible clearly teaches from start to finish.

Genesis 1:1
In the beginning, God (Elohim, which is God plural) created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God (Tradition points to this being the Holy Spirit) was hovering over the face of the waters.

Deuteronomy 6:4
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD
Shema Israel YHVH Eloheinu YHVH echad
-- Note the Eloheinu, which is "our God (plural)", so this is in truth "Hear, O Israel: Yahweh our God (plural) is one Yahweh (God).

John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Who was the Word? If we follow down to verse 14 and following we get:
14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son[d] from the Father, full of grace andtruth. 15 (John bore witness about him, and cried out, “This was he of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me ranks before me, because he was before me.’”) 16 For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.[e] 17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18 No one has ever seen God; the only God,[f] who is at the Father's side,[g] he has made him known.
So not only was Jesus with God in the beginning He was God, and tracking back to Deuteronomy we know that God is one, but plural so there is no contradiction between the picture of God in the Old and New Testaments.

There are also passages that talk about the Holy Spirit which make it clear that this just isn't the essence of God but another separate personage as part of our one, plural God.

John 14:26
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.

There are plenty more passages that we could go over, but these help show that there is a clear teaching of one plural God with three personages contained within. Tertullian, a Latin theologian who wrote in the early third century, was the first to use the word "trinitas" (translated trinity "person" and "substance" to explain that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are "one in essence – not one in Person."

You sir are an expert at redundancy and confusion. Congratulations. The trinity is not hard to understand to those who actually are followers of Christ. Not internet fools who can't BUCKLE up their big boy pants and accept the will of God. I clearly explained the trinity, and if you don't understand it, then I highly doubt you ever will. If you have a question about it, or if I didn't explain it well that's what the quote button is for.
