Asking for prayers for myself. I am still hurting from the break up with my daughters dad. I’m still to feel all kinds of negative emotions. I feel hurt and used. It’s a horrible feeling when you realize you’ve been with a person and the only reason they stayed with you is because they needed a place to lay their head at night. I finally see what everyone was warning me about with him all these years. I am heart broken.

We can't let emotions dictate to us but must go to His word in every situation.
We can hope in someone when deep down we know it isn't right. Your friends saw this but sometimes we think we can change someone.
What you do will now affect your daughter. It is important to steer through challenges depending on the word of God. Then in life when your daughter has decisions she will have learnt good from you how to handles them WISELY.
It sounds like he is out of the picture so there is no sense in dwelling on what didn't work. We are advised often in the Bible not to dwell I the past, for one thing it is robbing you of valuable activity in the present.
We must guard our thoughts or we will get into a bog. Look up Scriptures on victory and I pray the Comforter will touch you with His healing power, in Jesus' Name, Amen. (He did it for me!)

God can heal broken hearts . May God give you understand , peace and comfort . Keep praying for healing , God will hear you .

I’m sorry you are hurting very much, Gemmy. I’m praying, asking God to work in a powerful way in your life and fill your heart with the peace only He can bring. May He sustain you with His Spirit of love and comfort as you lean upon His grace each day. He is nearer than any person, and He knows your troubled heart as does no other. Hang in there, sister.

Psalm 34:18 The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
