Have you considered what those letters say? They were written specifically to those seven churches in existence 2000 years ago. They were told things like:

Rev 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

This was written to a church that only existed 2000 years ago. What was Jesus keeping them from?

Rev 2:22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

Again, written to a church that only existed 2000 years ago. When was that great tribulation?

Rev 3:3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

A church that only existed 2000 years ago. Why would Jesus say that he's coming ON THEM like a thief in the night if THEY don't watch?

Whether you will receive it or not, all those things pertained to 70 AD and the destruction of "Jezebel" and the ones "who say they are Jews and are not".

So were the letters or the book of Revelation written in 90 AD? I think not, they had to be written BEFORE 70 AD.

Never, ever trust the SECULAR world for anything bibically related.
Under that particular template then ,we can pretty much throw out all the nt,since Jesus was speaking to the disciples, paul to the romans, and specic other believers, and peter to the 12 tribes scattered.

None of it,under your prism, applys to modern christianity.

Not that I would have any problem with it but I am not able to travel alone anymore. I cant go to town,or even walk in my yard anymore. I tried to go out today but could not stay outside but around fifteen minutes(was 102 at my house, lol). I was born with asthma and my lung's they tell me function from 23% to 38% and I have a slow growing form of cancer and so I'm on a breathing machine and nebulizer ect.

My mothers family was from Kilgore but moved a little after the New London school explosion(1937 I think). Several of my family members, built the old wooden oil derricks around there and went to help when it happened(uncles, grandfather ect). I grew up outside Galveston and had five sons. One died a few years ago but then I ended up needing to live closer to the others so they can help me, I cant take care of myself or my wife anymore,lol(80'ish).
I had no idea.

That offends me that those things are attacking you.

You need your health to finish off your years here.
I will pray.

Wow, I never watched Lord of the Rings but I may have to rectify this. 😀

Have you watched any of The Messengers on Netflix? This series will mess someone up really bad if the scriptures aren’t known and understood. Netflix is warring against righteousness in a greater way than ever has been done before.

Well I thank you I think it's good for us to pray for our brothers and sisters. I think I went my whole life and lived and it was well. I when I was young would garden,I wasn't all that good at it I think. As I hoed the rows I would say to myself I will cut down this weed and plant something here. I don't like tomatoes but my wife and children do so I planted them.

I would sometimes leave the ones up top and let them ripen on the vine but the ones at the bottom would get bugs on them and so I would pull them early and set them in the window in my house to ripen. They were mine and so I could do anything I wanted to them because it was my garden.

Like I said I think I was not the best of gardeners but God said to tend the garden and so I gave it my best proverbs 28:19. There is a king I think that cultivates the land Ecclesiastes 5:9 and he is God and I am like a tomato and I am his to pick and to set in his window or leave to ripen on the vine. I am not afraid of the harvest and have hope that some might see that mankind is in the midst of the garden we are to tend.

I don't know why you would say that because all it means is that the those things written to the 7 churches was going to happen in their time... and it did in AD 70.

Evidently you need that entire 7 letter dynamic to be just a historic water under the bridge.
Now yes you can ascribe as history about a third of that.

So can we do the same with galations.
I dont mingle with anyine in some foreskin arguments or jew\gentile worries.
Nor do i attend a fellowship of a son and stepmother in some sexual scandal.
So i dont need any of the nt except what is considered relevant by historic/non historic bracketing.

I can not bring myself into that in the degree you are making it

Our new born again spirit will fill our new bodies. But not these bodies of death ( corrupted flesh and blood). We walk by faith in respect to that not seen and not according to what the eyes see flesh. But a incorruptible body our living hope .

The JW's have a hope in incorruptible flesh and blood as dying creation the wrath of God being revealed from heaven .. It prevents them from blood transfusions . We must be careful in that way. The father of lies is a murderer from the beginning spreading his poisonous lies..

1 Corinthians 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

I know very little of the beliefs of JW’s except for their view of the perfect man. Which would be Spirit-man, soul-man, body-man. That is 666.

I’m speaking of the goal of Paul. Philippians 3. Think Enoch.

The Spiritual Man. Again, find Watchman Nee’s Writings.

^ stonesoffire, I cannot quite tell from your post ^ (so am seeking clarification regarding what you've said therein), are you speaking favorably or unfavorably of his writings? (I apologize that I cannot tell which of these two your post is suggesting. Thanks! :) )
