It might be my scruples talking here but it might not be. I have alot of stuff and I feel like I love it more than God. I obviously dont want that. But its very hard for me to get rid of things. I tried giving them to my friends who can put them to good use but they wont take them. I feel like I need to get rid of a bit of it at least till I can gladly give it away and feel like its not a choice between it or God. So prayers that God gives me the strength to get rid of what I don't need.
 
You could try giving it to an op shop (I don't know what they call it in your country) since your friends did not take whatever it is you are wanting to give away. They could put it to good use by selling it to and the proceeds go to the charity they are connected to.

Ah, good point! We have a few in town. Thrift stores and Pawn shops there usually called. Pawn shop though I believe most pay you for the goods others like Good Will are donations
 
I have a buncha c@#p you could take off my hands, if you need practice throwin stuff away.;)
 
I like clothes so every season I go through my wardrobe and remove the clothes that I don't wear and give them to the op shop only to purchase some more from the very same shop Aghhhhhhhh..........

Try eBay selling and make a profit off cloths you don’t wear anymore, I’m actually considering doing that myself we well. So much stuff I have stuffed here and there and really no use for them, so I understand the issue. Sometimes it’s hard to give up stuff that has deep meaning to you, and other times it just takes the fact that if you give something up... you decide if you want something “new”. That’s my way of thinking anyways.
