That is just one place to start. You can also view http://amerisearch.net/
And then follow any of these sites to the national archives to read everything for yourselves.

You will have to prove your statements, otherwise lack of objectivity is your opinion. What part is a lie?

When I first came across this knowledge, I was skeptical just as you. But the historical revisionist have twisted much our history. Example just recently is their attempt to destroy Christopher Columbus. Did you know you if you can find a 1950s or older history book and compare American history to a modern text book you will see exactly what I am talking about.

But hey I'm just a messenger.
I am well aware of revisionist history and while yes there are historians who have created a false narrative, many of the earlier books were also less than truthful on many historical events as well.

For sure the founding fathers were deists and were immersed in the "craft" while using Christianity as a model for moral living knowing that human nature was flawed and needed the rule of law.

So in this sense they were correct. But to read their words and then try to infuse the idea they were born again Christians is folly.

Christianity was viewed by them merely as a philosophical framework from which they drew and developed their own "philosophies."

Wow! You’re sick, man. I have no idea where you’re coming up with this crap. I stated earlier and I’ll reiterate, you’re extremely defensive for some reason.

Reality is not your friend as it pertains to injustices against poor people, specifically poor black people. If you refuse to accept that then you’re the racist.

If you can’t admit that, generally speaking, the punishment would have been more severe had the racial component of this trial been reversed, then there’s no point in having any further correspondence with you.
Right ... she should have been charged with murder not manslaughter.

She was charged with murder rather than manslaughter which I actually disagree with on the surface of things. However being that this was her second shooting incident in four years on the job and that she pulled the trigger so easily rather than stepping out of the apartment and calling for back up makes me believe she’s trigger-happy.

Not sure  what was the actual charge, the media is horrible with accuracy ... I will have to investigate further, I am finding she was charged with manslaughter and Texas law does not differentiate between voluntary and involuntary manslaughter.

With the prejudices that have arrived in this thread there should arrive also the mention that the judge in this case was black. While in the video above we see two jurors , one of whom is also black, explain how they arrived at the verdict. The sentence range for this crime, which Amber plead not guilty due to what is called, sudden passion, allowed a sentence for as little as five years.
This is due to Texas law wherein a person who has no criminal record and have been convicted of murder they can be sentenced between as little as five years and as much as life.
It actually didn't.

So based on the victim's religion/morals one decides how to punish the defendant.

I am sure this is a new legal precedent!
That is unfortunate. :( With all the black white dialog that's come into this discussion over this tragedy I had hoped that the reason for the jury's sentencing, besides the matters of the law and the charge against this defendant which permitted in sentencing as little as five years, to as much as life, would have helped assuage the color bias direction this case has fallen into.
Amber had no criminal record prior to this incident. Due to that the Texas law allows for that sentencing measure. As little as five years, to as much as life.
I think the sentence was just. And had the races been reversed as to shooter and victim, it would have been there too.

Sometimes when we read of a black male getting a strong sentence for a murder we don't also hear reported that convicted person's prior criminal record also. All of that goes into the sentencing process.

Only two members of the jury was not black that means the rest of them were black and the judge was black.
So you were telling me that the black judge and the black members of the jury are racist against their own race.
They handed down to 10 year sentence not some white guys or white women or white power hiding behind rocks somewhere.

If you bother to read anything else I've said in this thread, there is another post where are I have clearly stated that I do not feel like our justice system as it stands in general serves Justice.
There is no doubt and there is no refuting that the poor class people especially Black or Hispanic people are disproportionately punished for crimes. That is just a fact a horrific fact.

In this case however, a black jewelry and a black judge handed down the 10-year sentence. The prosecutor was seeking 28 years. There's just not a way to call foul on this case.

I will reiterate that in general our justice system does not serve Justice as it is applied, and it does indeed need serious reform, if not completely destroyed and rebuilt

Not sure where you’re getting your numbers from regarding this case. The 12 jury members, plus four alternates, included seven black members, five nonblack people of color and four white members; 12 members of the entire pool were women, and the other four were men.

Why would I bother reading everything you’ve written when this is the first thing you’ve written with integrity? But I digress; I’m a white guy who’s racist against black people for defending the fact that justice is historically unfair to the black community. Yeah that makes a lot of sense.

I am of the personal belief that Justice is not served by harsh punishment not long prison sentences.
If rehabilitation, restitution, and restoration are not served justice is not served.
Our criminal justice system does not serve justice.
I would love to see every person who stands before a judge have an opportunity to to make amends where possible. I would love to see Bibles handed out, and education, and spiritual training in our justice system.
I would also like to see that once a person has endured the criminal justice system, that they are restored to society So they can have jobs with out stigma. Give them a chance to Show good faith.
I think the worst problem is that if a person does commit a crime then it is made difficult to recover from it and become a law biding citizen.
I have a philosophy of make the right thing easy, and the wrong thing difficult.
Unfortunately the US prison systems are very profitable. That would be a good Idea to start a new thread about. How people can sell a pound of weed and get years but bankers can launder drug cartels, kidnaping rings and international terrorist groups money like HSBC did and admitted to but got away with a tiny fine compared to the profitability of such crimes.

While the penal system regularly provides drugs like Seroquel to prisoners and the become addictive to the anti s. Release them into the pubilc, full blown addicts. Some become psychotic during withdrawals And. after being locked inside a cage with Antisocial psychopaths and sociopath's, rapists' and hardened criminals whos lives have been transformed into 'prison is normal' freedom seems abnormal.

Don't we wonder if prisons are making monsters out of rebellious but improperly raised young men and women who can't afford a lawer that dosn't work for the court system. The 'Plea Bargain' is they'll lower the charges if you plead guilty. The jails and prisons stay full. everybody involved makes money except the tax payers and the convicts. What a Racket! Al Capone and Charlie Luciano would be proud.

Your numbers are correct I got mine wrong. This still make a majority black vote in this jury,
My point is that among all the cases where racial bias could be used to demonstrate that black men are punished more harshly than white people, this case is not one of them. This woman was not let off easy because race. Maybe because she is a woman, they tend to get off easy for their crimes. At least get lighter sentences. Racism just does not bear out in this case. The majority of those who held the power in their hands to put this woman away for up to 28 years are black and they just chose not to. They came back with 10 years, so that's what she got. The prosecutor was asking for 28. So they had the opportunity to nail her to the wall, and just didn't do it.

I know a Latino guy, a former juvenile delinquent. He belonged to a 'tagging crew' his signature for his graffiti art was 'Sinner" (bad choice of names.) He got 2 years in prison for a hate crime, because his graffiti was signed 'Sinner.' But what happened to the bankers and stock broker that were responsible for mishandling and embezzling, $700 billion in 2007-2008? The estimated cost of the bailout is conservatively estimated at $29 trillion in the long run with interests. There is no justice in that case and our gradnd children will still be paring for it after we are long gone.

Typical revisionist statements. This is why Christians must homeschool or Christian private school. A secular school system that teaches our kids progressive indoctrinations for 30+ hours a week and our kids maybe only 2 hours a week at church. It is sad US Christians dont study history but worse let the progressives tell them how to view their country and giving them a further argument to separate God from all things Government.

Separate God from Government and the more immoral people you have in Government including judges.

I’m pretty sure she got off easy because of her gender. A cute lady, regardless of race, ain’t gonna do hard time like a man would have to. The female inmates who actually get incarcerated are therefore usually the worst of the worst. Whenever you gotta be dealing with them...make sure they’re cuffed accordingly and don’t even blink when looking at them.

Exactly. But if your eyes are trained to look at skin color then I guess no matter the situation, race is all you see. This case should of been held high for Christians. Not because of the woman but by the example of the brother and judge.

As a man I am offended why do men get harsher sentences? Lol just kidding I don't see gender either. Most of the jury and judge was female.

Hasn’t got anything to say. Female jurors are letting female offenders off easy, male jurors are letting female offenders off easy, and judges in general, are sentencing females mildly. Sad but true.
