In my honest opinion..from very real experience...I think most psychiatrists need to be seriously evaluated for mental disorders themselves...

and I have a right to that opinion..speaking from experience...

I say to all mental health care workers.....work on yourselves before you try and play "GOD" with others..
The problem is that much of techniques used are a mixture some of it is just about ok if you are a christian you are knowingly or unknowingly being drawn into forms of worship particularly budhism , yoga. Hows that going to help. Then theirs the medication if its not dangerous why cant you just come off of it.?
There is no evidence whatsover that Serotonin reduces depression in fact Serotonin levels remain the same in depressed or normal people, yet highly trained doctors find it easy to say ssri s work. If they do anything maybe their is something in the tablet but not serotonin changing. So we believe a covenient lie which would suit a deceived mental health system the money tree of drugs companies just continues to Grow

Hello,

I am in recovery of being an ACOA. I have my daily struggles. I need help and inspiration. I am married to a spouse who does not like who I am or what I am going through and basically tells me... he can’t be with me until I get my stuff together. I’m so hurt. We have been together since high school and married for almost 10 years. As a Christian I find it hard to believe this will be the end of us but I can’t change his mind. I don’t blame him for not understanding me and not wanting to deal with me. I need the strength to get through this. He shows he’s ashamed and disgusted by me.
