We now had confirmation of what many have long suspected. The Labour Party here is being led by Foghorn Leghorn!

Ignore the Nonsense

Yesterday I commented Ignore the Nonsense Reporting: Boris Johnson was Not Defeated, He Won Big Time.

Just the Facts Maam

  1. Johnson goaded 21 problematic Rebel Tories into voting against him. Those Tories have been removed from the party and will lose their seats in the next election. Good riddance.
  2. Because of foolish Remainer actions, Johnson will no longer have to go through the charades of working out a deal with the EU.
  3. Johnson's hands are effectively bound and he welcomes that! He will not have to work out a deal. Instead he can lay the blame on the EU and on the Remainers for removing the option to negotiate with the EU.
  4. By removing the 21 rebels, Johnson won the support of Nigel Farage thereby allowing a coalition between the Brexit Party and the Tories minus the rebel problem makes.
  5. The Remainers are hopelessly split. Corbyn wants a referendum or the right to work out a customs deal with the EU. The Liberal Democrats want to remain. Many Labour party members want Brexit.

Delusional Remainers

My 5 comments from yesterday are backed up by events and independent analysis today.

Meanwhile, delusional Remainers keep believing they have the upper hand.

In reality, the Remainers do precisely what Johnson says: strip him of any chance of working out a deal.

It's debatable if Johnson really wants a deal. I don't pretend to know. I do know he cannot live with the backstop.

Two things I’ve learnt from Brexit.

The EU has an iron fist and far too much power over all the EU members,
so let’s get out of it, before it drowns us.

Our politicians are all idiots.

All will learn should brexit come to pass. Ask those who remember the economical condition in the UK before entering, and entering requiredd an agreement. I know the UK prospered wonderfully in the EU until jusst very recently when the entire world entered more deeply into the ongoing depression…...…...oh, that is in reference only to the vast majoritym never to the wealthy who seem to not be able to get enough.l

At present the British taxpayer, (which includes myself) are paying around million pounds a day to belong to this dictatorship
which has its roots in Nazi Germany. Were you living in Britain prior or after 1975 when we were foolish enough to join the
then Common Market? According to your profile you live in Spain. Have you checked out what the population thinks of the EU
and would vote to get out if they were given the opportunity in particular those who are unemployed.

Is this derived from the Wordd? If so, then all politics and political systems should be included with this thinking…...……..or does anyone here believe God is in any dparticular political system? Other than the Kingdom I refer.

Since this is the miscellaneous forum, it is as worthy a subject as any, Brexit that is, but bringing in the forces taught in the Word is wonky thinking.

I believe the development and elaboration of all empires of the past have been the same. You are depctinghere an attempt of men climbing up to Heaven. I do not think this comic book approach is satisfactory applied to the Brexit qunddry of the populace of England..I say England and not the UK for the rest seem to know what they want. Wales out, Scotland in...…...etc.

I live in Spain, pay taxes just as I always have in the US, and I do not believe I have been enslaved. I do know that many of the English retired here in Spain seem to be in a dither along with the rest in the homelannd. So muc ado about not much I say.

The present age and kingdoms of this world are not codified on scripture you say?
You never read the Book of Daniel? Prince of Persia and sending Michael? The description of the succession of kingdoms....all of them.....as "beasts".

Get a grip and just “Be saved from this perverse generation!”.

Get a grip and realize no one country is at the center of thw prophecies other than the staging grounds for the final moments of what is called time..

As far as grips are concerned, I am not the one posting cartoons of Babel and twitingsome kind of ralation to the EU. Why not to the US where people come from all lianguage backgrounds. Oh, right the remainder of the UK and th eUS are now the rulers in the minds of so many….

Boris Johnson says the UK will be "walking out" of the EU in 25 days without a deal if Brussels does not compromise.

His words come after the European Commission called off weekend talks, describing the prime minister's latest proposals as not providing a "basis for concluding an agreement".
As the Chinese might say we live in interesting times! There will be Fireworks before Bonfire night this year. Roll on the General
Election.

Now is the moment to get Brexit DONE': Boris Johnson hails new deal that ditches hates backstop as he urges EU leaders to BLOCK any delay past October 31 - but the DUP have already said they WON'T support it in crucial Saturday vote

The new plan includes legal changes to Theresa May's – something Brussels had previously insisted was impossible – with overhauled customs arrangements specifically for Northern Ireland rather than the whole UK.

Unless the 10 DUP MPs come on board it is far from certain that it will be agreed by a majority of MPs when Parliament convenes for its first Saturday sitting since the Falklands War.

I no longer believe that we will come out of the EU voluntarily. This deal was rejected by Corbyn before it was even made!! As soon as it was announced he confirmed his rejection saying it was worse than Teresa Mays' This is before Parliament had even had a chance to look at it properly. The truth is that all the opposition Parties want to stay in Europe and will find any excuse to reject anything proposed. The only thing I can see that will get us out is for the EU to refuse any further extension so parliament is forced to either accept the deal on offer or leave without one. It would be ironic if the very body we want to leave turns out to be more democratic in complying with the peoples vote than the parliament we elected.

Agreed, the difficulty is that the majority of the people running parliament are remainers.
As for Corbyn, he really should retire!

One issue I am in favour of is Independence for Scotland I would help the SNP MPs pack. Whatever the consequences the thought of
not seing Ian Blackfords smirking face on screen would be well worth it.

Well the MPs have voted not to vote on the deal, but to have an extension to stop no deal; even though there was a deal to vote on, thus stopping no deal. I cant work it out either!

Apparently Boris the PM has sent an unsigned request to the EU for an extension,
His hand has been forced due to a legal chink.

Will the EU grant an extension?

Whichever way it goes, no one in the UK will ever trust politicians again after this.
They might as well just vote for the monster raving looney party.
