I am treated like I am the enemy.

At work I work to the best of my ability. I am working at a rate that can help establish a future. However, that future is null invoid at Tyson Foods.

Tonight this woman on my line in which is brought in from another department is supposedly running the floor.

However, one night she said a price of glove was in a box. We are trained to look for these very things, and remove them from the product deemed necessary.

Tonight I got in trouble because she runs to the general manager with crocodile tears. Saying I told her to leave this one lady alone.

Mind you I told her for certain if they can not work together then ignore each other. Do not speak to one another.

This same woman likes to yell at people for no reason. So tomorrow, I will let her have her way. If it all falls apart which it will I will not say a word.

Kind of funny that I learn she is dating a supervisor which has a family and kids as does she.

I refuse to date my way up that chain.

The general manager which knows my heart problem gets mad and tries to push me harder because I made his star pupal so called "cry".

Apparently they want this plant to be just one color. It is proven by how they treat me and a small few who are white.

Which is wrong to begin with. That is one of the problems.

I told my friend tonight that the gm will be happy because I will find another job and put in my two weeks notice.

It is like this this woman does everything wrong and causes people to quit, to as where I make them feel like they wanna stay and be happy.

If that is how the wanna run this plant I want no part in it what so ever.

I refuse, I will not tolerate it. And it is bad enough this gm is caught in his office shooting dice with a team member and acting crazy like he on drugs his self.

He promised me to make me successful however? A lie is still a lie if you sugar coat it.

He would rather run me up and gain that money than do the right thing.

Where as I fix the problems on the line this woman causes it.

I promised the gm I would get him more workers, that is not happening now. It is bad that the reason why this plant is ran like a prison is because management? Ex-cons.

He neglected my ethic of work for his selfish gain. Now? I am done.

Plus a dude said I should not be a shop steward for the union cuz I am white.

Why should I fight for corruption? Why should I even care about these people when they hate me just by my color?

I work for big business in government. The corruption is extreme and most people I saw that had potential get worn down until they either conform or quit. Everyday is a battle between doing whats right or wrong. The workers morale stays low and workers do as minimal as possible or just enough to pass eye inspection but very poor quality.

Our soldiers and country depend on our work but due to poor management, corrupt workers union, poor employee hiring we have a system that only survives because it is tax funded.

All we can do is focus on our bubble of influence. I am not worried about managment other than prayer. But I do put more effort to live out my faith with my co workers and supervisor. It has taken years but the atmosphere has changed drastically within my circle of influence.

It hasn't been easy, many of headaches, ticked off leadership and confusion but this tends to happen when you stand your ground. I was put through years of leadership training and this helped me see the errors in management. I try to resolve those errors and now the leadership is in a much better shape.

The point is we dont always have to flee the battle. Sometimes God wants a good person in the dark to help shine the light.

You are right. It just angers me that I get blind sided into thinking these people cared when they speak of God.

It makes me feel they use God to get to me. Not good at all.

One day I do know that things will change. And it must because too many have died in there over drugs and negligence. But as long management gets their bonus its all ok with them.

I have been in the military for many years and am retired now, both myself and husband. I will pray for you and your situation that it improves. I will call this exactly what it is. Many will call it bullying, harrassment, etc. But this is called murder. I have seen it many times. When a person comes in that is positve, bright and wants to do good things and it makes the rest look bad, the rest set out to ruin that person. There are many ways to kill a person. They kill the person's spirit! They kill their joy, and they pile so much negativity and stress and undue cruelty on the person that it kills them on the inside and many die from it. That person then takes it home and it starts to kill their family life as well! This is what it is! So here we have. Murder that is celebrated by peers and coworkers and tucked under the mat by management. It's sickening and stomach turning is what it is! This world is so happy to squash people but so unwilling to lift people up and encourgae them and help them along the way. May the good LORD forgive us!

You are exactly right. I agree 100%

My old boss there told me I can get close to being a supervisor but I can not even touch it.

It is also funny this dude says I have a lot of potential but then allowes my team mate to get me demoted.

Anyway he said he could be at corporate making the "big bucks" actually with my report against him for not reporting a death and his favoritism I believe they won't take him.

He is not aloud to speak or look at me because that was my requests. He told me to shrink my heart, it back fired lol

It shrunk against him and the corruption at that plant. Many about lost their jobs behind me cuz I took up a safety position and started writing people up for their unsafe acts in which is my job to do.

Now I am a shop steward and boy did that make them mad. I hate crusted and I hate racisms.

I am racist towards only two things. Hate, and violence.

Lol and I'm the bad person for trying to make the drugs stop from being brought into the doors at work.

So yes my heart shrunk but only against crooked management. I stand for what is right and just.

My heart grew for the workers who need a friend and love.

As to where they see my green jacket on they know to stop whatever their doing because for me? I do not play with a persons life.

But in this I am reminded that vengeance belongs to The Lord.

I stil stand my ground with Him with me I put on my ministry shirt and worked in it last night.
