That you were talking about verse 27 but you didn't post it so I looked it up to post it for you so everyone could see what you were talking about. I saw that verse #27 is part of a larger paragraph where the Lord beckons every one who are weary and heavy laden to come to him. So I posted the whole thing to prevent out of context misunderstandings. without verses 28-30 the message is incomplete. Each verse is not sepperate unto itself.

The numbers were added as study aids and were not in the original Greek texts. That's why I only study translations in paragraph form. It aids understanding the message better. The other reason is because this is not a private conversation between just us.

The natural man who thinks the things of the Spirit are foolishness, 1 Cor 2:14, will never be weary or heavy burdened with the things of the Spirit which he cannot discern, so the "everyone" would not include the natural man, only those who have been born of the Spirit and can discern the things of the Spirit.

He also preaches anyone who believes there is a god is regenerate and born from above taking 1 Corinthians 2:14 way out of context. Believing in anything spiritual to him means the person's have eternal life whether they believe in or deny Christ.

That would be universalism though since Romans 1 declares all know there is a creator God.

Romans 1 does not declare to the atheist that there is a creator God. He believes the earth and everything that is in it evolved.

They have to accept Jesus usually first (with notable exceptions, like Saul of Tarsus) before the Holy Spirit comes upon them and their hearts become circumcized.

The exact word "evangelism" does not appear in the Bible as-is. The term evangelism describes teaching the Christian faith which was first used in more recent times circa 1626. The word "evangelist", however, appears at least 3 times depending on the translation.
From the Greek word euaggelizo we get "evangelist", which means a preacher of the gospel. This name was given in the New Testament to those heralds of salvation through Christ who were not apostles. However, the Greek word in its various forms appears fifty-five times in the New Testament with the more general context of peaching the gospel or preachers of the good news, etc.

The atheist is the fool that says there is no God. Jesus came for the lost. And he ordered us to do the same. Baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Jesus did not come to save the lost atheist, but the lost sheep (elect) of the house of Jacob, as Israel. Jesus did not come to save all mankind.

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is... patient toward you, not wishing any to perish but for all to come to repentance.

A) The atheist is often not lost. Often they choose to go the wrong way.

B) If Jesus didn't come to save the Gentiles, then Most of the New Testament would be a lie. Paul suffered for nothing I suppose or your are all mixed up!

It amazes me that some come to this forum to discuss the scriptures and when someone disagrees with them they ignore them. Makes me wonder what their purpose in joining the forum was.

Stay in context. Go back and read 2 Pet 2:1 to find out who Peter is giving this warning to. It is to "them that have obtained like precious faith". Peter even includes himself in his warning by using the word "usward". Even you, yourself, are supposed to repent when you are tempted to sin. When we are participating in sin, we become dead (perish) to our fellowship with God until we repent because God does not fellowship with sin.

I disagree with your assessment. The context is Peter writing to saved believers about unsaved persons who mock the truth, not about believers who have sinned. He didn't write, "all of you (his direct audience) to come to repentance."
