What you are expanding on is biblical. No practitioner of sin is truly of God, and their faith is not one that saves. But sinners, in a sense that we were once lost in our transgressions and truly came to the knowledge of Christ and were truly born again, are truly saved by grace.

If it's not then that means the crucification was an unnecessary bloody event. As long as we're alive on earth we will never be perfect. I'm not saying we should give up and just be bad, we should do the best we can but be fully aware we are fully capable of screwing up and to never assume we're perfect.

Concerning how "sinner" is being defined.

A mechanic is someone who works on car engines on a regularly basis.

I occasionally work on my car engine, but I would not be defined as a mechanic.

I would not be defined as a sinner because I no longer determine within myself to sin on a regular basis.

But, occasionally I sin.

Very good point. I think that was one of Ramon's premises that got obscured. We can never be perfect in that we do everything right and fulfill the law as Jesus did when He was here, because until the end of time we will not have the perfect perspective that God has (which would allow us to see clearly in all instances what is true). But Jesus' atonement and the imputing of His righteousness upon us make us justified, transforming us into a new creature that desires to serve only Him, meaning we will not intentionally sin if we are truly His child. We might in our humanity mess up, sin, whatever you call it, but when we realize it, always plead for His intercession on our behalf and ask forgiveness. Ramon, I hope this only helps to expound what you were trying to say and doesn't contradict it. I commend you for standing up for the truth.
