First we are saved and then some, like the apostles and full time pastors dedicate their life to the Lord in his service. Others in secular work serve the Lord in their free time, whether in Sunday School, Bible studies at home, and in outreach across the city. There are a million things we can do in God's service young and old alike. Please do not talk from a standpoint of ignorance.

Scripture says OSAS is wrong, and you blithely ignore it!
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. Isa 1:18-20
Then in the next two verses we read if we disobey that is the end of us. And that is the end of OSAS.
(19) If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: (20) But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

(18) But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
(19) Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
(20) Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
(21) Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. (Gal 5:16-26)
