Those who are saved are predestined to be saved, right? If so, does that mean someone who is saved should not pray for the salvation of someone who is not saved?
But the person they pray for that is unsaved at the time how do they know they are not predestined to salvation for people do not confess Jesus at the same age, some young, some middle age, some old, for we know not all people confess Christ as soon as they first are at the age of accountability.
And how do you know who is predestined for you cannot go by their actions even if they are against the Church which a good example is Paul who persecuted the Church and wasted it but he got saved.
For whether of the occult, atheist, another religion, against the Church you do know if they are predestined or not so pray.
I believe we have a choice for many are called but few are chosen so God does the calling and choosing on earth, but nobody would have gotten to the truth unless God intervened in their life when He called them for no person says Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost, and no person comes to the Son unless the Father draws them.
Predestined to salvation means God already had the plan of salvation to give to mankind before He laid down the foundation of the world but He said that He wants all people to repent and come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved.
Mat 5:43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
Mat 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.
Act 17:29 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.
Act 17:30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent.
Act 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
Act 10:35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
