It bothers me when I here people say that satan is a fallen angel because I am unable to find such information in the Bible.

Do people use non-biblical information assuming it is Biblical?
Psa 109:6 Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan stand at his right hand.

Mat 4:10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Mat 16:23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

Luk 10:17 And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.
Luk 10:18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him(this has not happened yet, but the fallen angels were kicked out of the third heaven).

Satan is antagonistic towards God and people.

Eze 28:13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
Eze 28:14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
Eze 28:15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

Isa 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
Isa 14:13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
Isa 14:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
Isa 14:15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

Lucifer led a rebellion against God and was cast out of the third heaven and received the name Satan to identify his new nature.

Lucifer was created perfect in his ways until iniquity was found in him for God gave the angels a choice.

Since Lucifer was created perfect in his ways and had no iniquity until he chose to rebel and received a new name Satan and is antagonistic towards God and His ways he must be a fallen angel.

There is only God, angels, and humans, and the angels and Adam and Eve were created innocent with no sin attached to them, so Satan must be an angel that fell for he sure is not God or a human.

You have forgotten about the animals. Satan is no angel, nor is he a man, but he is an animal as Genesis and Revelation show.

Looks like to me ole devil slew foot has been around since Adam and Eve .. And the Devil no longer has access to God's throne, he got kicked out , he does operate in the air and on ground with plenty of his angels who got kicked out with him .. He even walks into our churches from time to time ..
2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

Job1: 6 One day the angels[a] came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan[b] also came with them. 7 The Lord said to Satan, “Where have you come from?”

Ezekiel 28: 14 You were anointed as a guardian cherub, for so I ordained you. You were on the holy mount of God; you walked among the fiery stones. 15 You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created till wickedness was found in you. 16 Through your widespread trade you were filled with violence, and you sinned. So I drove you in disgrace from the mount of God, and I expelled you, guardian cherub, from among the fiery stones. 17 Your heart became proud on account of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor. So I threw you to the earth; I made a spectacle of you before kings. 18 By your many sins and dishonest trade you have desecrated your sanctuaries. So I made a fire come out from you, and it consumed you, and I reduced you to ashes on the ground in the sight of all who were watching. 19 All the nations who knew you are appalled at you; you have come to a horrible end and will be no more.' "

Though many passages don't directly say "Satan" they imply him by the meaning or use other names like "serpent" "ancient dragon" " evil one". The Bible is told in parables. It's not always as direct as you're looking for. Think of how you dream...in metaphors. It's meant to speak to your heart this way.

Isaiah 14 is clearly referring to the king of Babylon. Ezekiel 28 is hard for me to figure out. But the Bible doesn’t say much about Satan pre-fall...If anything at all.

Yes, he will be thrown out of heaven very soon where he accuses the saints day and night before the throne of God. Rejoice oh heavens, but great woe to the inhabitants of the earth and sea.

Serpent and dragon are not his names, but are what he really is. Satan and Devil are the names he is called. It is no parable. Every scripture about Satan will address him as Satan or Devil. Ezekiel 28 is not about Satan, but is about the King of Tyre and how by his earthly riches his heart became corrupted against the knowledge of the Lord God Most High.

Isaiah 14 is clearly referring to the king of Babylon. Ezekiel 28 is hard for me to figure out. But the Bible doesn’t say much about Satan pre-fall...If anything at all.
You are correct. The only mention about Satan before the fall is he is the most subtle beast of the field which Lord God created. The chapter then details Satan telling the woman the Three Lies and the subsequent fall of creation on account of mankind conforming to the Three Lies.

Here is some biblical information which identifies Satan and his angels as fallen:

"Then a war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But the dragon was not strong enough, and no longer was any place found in heaven for him and his angels. And the great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.

"Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven with the key to the Abyss, holding in his hand a great chain. He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years.

"Then He will say to those on His left, ‘Depart from Me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels."

Do you still have any doubts that Satan is a fallen angel?

By the way, both Ezekiel 28:13 and Isaiah 14:12 are about Satan. The reference to the king of Tyre in Ezekiel 28:13, is referring to Satan as the principality behind the human king of Tyre, that is unless you think the human king of Tyre was the covering and guardian cherup (angel) in the garden of Eden with every precious stone covering him.

This is what the Bible I have says:

Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
It's right there in front of you, but you don't see it. Look again; the word than distinguishes the serpent from the animals. I would encourage you to read some commentaries from Hebrew scholars on this.

This is also what my Bible says:

Revelation 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

These verses, the first and last biblical mentions of Satan, indicate what he really is; an animal, a serpent, a dragon. They indicate also the names he is called; Devil and Satan, which by translation mean Liar and Enemy. As we know from Genesis 3 and from the teachings of Lord Jesus how Satan operates is he lies, and he is the father of lies, the first liar and the first sinner.
Yes, Satan is called a serpent and a dragon, but that doesn't mean that he is merely an animal. A created being, yes, but not an animal.

The problem is that you have no discernment. The dragon and the name Satan are used interchangeably describing the same being in the verse that you provided. The reference to "dragon" is a symbolic title referring to Satan. Like wise, Jesus is referred to as the bread from heaven, the sheep gate, living water, the word, the Rock, etc.

Satan is a fallen and angel who is the head of the fallen angels.

No, that is incorrect. The King of Tyre is metaphorically like the covering cherub from the Garden of Eden as the Tyrians were at one point allied to Israel in the time of King Solomon. In much like manner the king of Assyria and the king of Egypt are metaphorically likened to great beautiful trees in the Garden of Eden who get cut down to hell.
It seems that you and the OP are the only ones who don't understand that Satan is a fallen angel and that he got a third of the angels in heaven to rebel with him.

Incorrect, the dragon is not a name, it is what he really is. The names given to the dragon are Satan and Devil. Sir you have highlighted yourself where it says that he is a dragon, the very same old serpent, given the names Satan and Devil.

Well the angels that will fall will be corrupted by the dragon. The dragon has corrupted men by his lies into following him and making him into their father by his lies, but that does not mean he is a man.

Well as for the OP I cannot say, he merely posed the topic and a question.

For myself, I read the whole of the holy scriptures and indeed I found exactly what the OP found, that contrary to popular misconception there is no place in all of the Bible that says Satan is an angel fallen or otherwise. What I found instead was that the holy men of God that wrote the Bible describes the Devil as an animal, a dragon.

This is incorrect. There is no place in the Bible that says there were fallen angels before the fall. Satan has never been an angel, and the title of Lucifer is never applied to Satan in the entire Bible, and for good reason as the title of Lucifer translates to Lightbearer, and we know from the Lord Jesus that there is no light in Satan.

The Fall as recorded in the Bible in Genesis 3 happens when the serpent tells the woman the Three Lies and she is deceived by the Three Lies and eats of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil which the Lord God forbade them from eating, forewarning that they would die as a result. The Three Lies are of course the Original Sin as Satan is the original sinner.

Isaiah 14 is not about Satan, it is addressed to the King of Babylon.

"Do not be afraid, Daniel,” he said, “for from the first day that you purposed to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. However, the prince of the kingdom of Persia opposed me for twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left there with the kings of Persia. Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the latter days, for the vision concerns those days.”

Now, according to the scripture above, as soon as Daniel began to pray, an angel was sent to him but was opposed by the prince of the kingdom of Persia. The prince of Persia is a symbolic title referring to the fallen angelic principality who kept the angel from reaching Danie for 21 daysl. In further support of this, it goes on to say that Michael the archangel had to come and help that angel who was sent to get through, that is unless you think that it is possible for the human prince Persia to keep an angel from reaching Daniel.

Dragons are animals.
The term "dragon" here is symbolic referring to Satan. He's not a real dragon!

I see that you are unteachable and will not consider any proof regarding this. So believe what you want. As far as the rest of most of the Christian world, we know that Satan is a fallen angel and is the prince of all fallen angels.

This makes me wonder something. Do you think that fallen angels and the demons are the same things? I would note that it is written the first fallen angels, those that fell before the Flood, are bound in chains of darkness until the end. A principality does not necessarily need to have angels fallen or otherwise, though it may also contain them indeed. A principality is simply a kingdom ruled by a prince. Also yes, men can resist the angels, for whatever good or ill may come of it.

Well then, how can you ignore the meaning in the following scripture:

"Then He will say to those on His left, ‘Depart from Me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels."

Obviously, the devil is another moniker identifying Satan, which also reveals that he has angels. How then can you say that they are not fallen, if everlasting fire was prepared for them?

I think that you will continue to reject anything that is proven to you, because it would mean that you would have to admit to being wrong.

Fallen angels = demons, unclean spirits, principalities, powers and spiritual wickedness in high places

This is not correct, it is not a symbolic term. Satan is a dragon, his true form is always referred to as a serpent or a dragon. Serpent in the old languages is just another word for dragons.

I am not unteachable, but I all ready have learned past these misconceptions that the majority of the unlearned have not learned. Once the hand is set to the plow you cannot look back.

Yes Jesus is literally the Rock upon whom all that fall will be broken and upon whom he falls they will be ground to powder, the bread from heaven which if you eat you will not die, the gate, the living waters of life, the lamb of God, the truth, the light, the way, and the word, praise Jesus.
