Both. "Dying, you will die". Adam started physically dying the day he rebelled against his Creator.

Both...everything was good till their sin...now we have a decaying universe not evolution...it figures the Devil would give such an opposite lie and then teach the force and take God out in Star Trek and take God out of Lord of the rings etc...u see....God killed Adam and Eve and there offspring have to choose by faith to be born again

What support do you have for spiritual death?
Do you think Adam was created spiritually dead? Adam was communing with God, prior to the fall and was even given permission to name animals.

For by Adam all die...but by one Jesus Christ we are made alive...i believe it Hebrews...after Abel died ...no one believed till Seth had Enos...230 years Adam and Eve waited....all those children were dead spiritually and then died Physically...only thru faith can you get born again and then you are a good tree with good fruit...
Bad tree bad fruit...by your fruits you know them
..sheep and goats....sinners and saints....only God can make alive thru Christ

The second death is yet to come. Only after The Great White Throne Judgement will spiritual death actually occur.
Wrong.

I would highly suggest you read the entire chapter and understand the whole context before using one verse.

Didn’t watch the video, but I heard an interesting perspective claiming that Adam and Eve should have suffered physical death the day they ate of the tree, but God showed them grace and sacrificed a lamb for a covering for their sin. This would be the pattern throughout Scripture.

All I’m suggesting is have some substance. Doing a “Drive by” post shows a real lack understanding and or discernment.

Biblically, adam was made from dust of the ground then God breathed into his nostrils the (spirit-breathed of life) and he bacame a living soul.
It does not answer the question at hand.

You have to understand what died when adam sinned...please watch the video...

On the day you eat thou shall surely die.
Adam dead the day he eat.
Death passed to all mankind.
We are all dead because of sin.

Now Jesus quickened us...when this will happen...when he comes when we get our spiritual bodies...

Like adam did not actually die that day...but death started to reign.
When you believed you already started the journey to have that new spiritual body..thw fulfillment however is the resurrection

I believe he makes a great point using scripture. Just to add, when we are born again through the gospel, there is a circumcision that takes place, the cutting away of the soul from the dying body. As he stated, our bodies will be changed to immortal, incorruptible bodies and our souls will be reunited with our changed bodies that we may live forever with the Lord as He intended from the beginning.
