But there is no gap Mentioned in scripture. If there is, you turn Jesus into Antichrist and deny he fulfilled the 70 weeks as written. Serious stuff if you ask me.
There is a gap in Daniel 9 if you take all things in sequence

Messiah is introduced after the 69the week. Then he is cut off (killed). Then 30-40 years later the temple and city is deatroyed you can’t fill in that time period to
Make it fit within 7 years

You don't understand the passage so you say in effect Jesus is Antichrist and did not fulfill the 70 weeks as written?

You are falsely accusing me of foul motives in sharing many years of study for your benefit. I forgive you for this. But the "ignore" button works well if you cannot digest what I'm saying.
For someone with years of study, you are a miserable teacher. Your way of teaching is "I said it, believe it" with no exegesis of Scripture or anything other than your assertion. Thats not teaching.

Does Jesus cut it with you? I don't apologise for proving all I post to be true before posting it.

How anyone can read daniel 9 and make it fit without at least a 30 - 40 year gap is just amazing,
That and if you read everything that is fulfilled within the 70 weeks of Daniel, can you honestly say all of that is fulfilled already?

Daniel 9:24
“Seventy weeks are determined For your people and for your holy city, To finish the transgression, To make an end of sins, To make reconciliation for iniquity, To bring in everlasting righteousness, To seal up vision and prophecy, And to anoint the Most Holy.

Which people are we talking about? Daniel's people thats Israel and the holy city is Jerusalem.

I believe all of this will happen around the second coming because the Jews as a nation are still in unbelief (temporarily blinded) until the fullness of the gentiles come in. This is where they as a nation embrace Christ, the exact number I believe is a third since many will not make it through the great trib.

Jesus does cut it with me yes, now show me your teaching from the Scriptures. Exegete to us Zechariah 14, Revelation 20, Isaiah 24.

Dispensationalism came from the Jesuits who wanted to deceive the Reformed into thinking the Papacy was not the Antichrist. So they inserted a gap and turned Jesus into an Antichrist of the future. This is what Dispensationalists do just as the Jesuits planned for them to do.

I will apologize for what I said I made an unrighteous judgment of you based on what you posted on a forum, I dont know you personally and have no way of knowing how qualified or unqualified you are as a teacher, who knows maybe you are the best in the land.

Now that its out the way, can we start over on a more positive and uplifting path? If you are a Christian I believe you are my brother, despite differences in the way we see prophecy, is the feeling mutual? If yes then lets get to discussing a chapter, you can choose where you want to go. My suggestions are the key ones of Rev 20 or Zechariah 14

Have you ever listened to Jesus' description of the Kingdom before trying to understand Zechariah or Revelation? The pharisees were blinded in their reading of the OT and yet Dispensationalists think along their lines.

Revelation 20 covers the NT era until the end of the world and the New Heavens and Earth according to Jesus' description of the kingdom in the gospels. Zechariah 14 does likewise using physical props to reveal spiritual realities.

You do not understand the passage.

The passage was not about Jesus, it was about the city, the temple and the jews. Try reading Daniels prayer and what he was praying for. The prophecy of saniel 9 is Gods answer to daniels prayer.

If we take daniel 9, we see exactly what happened and continues to happen today. The temple is in ruins,

what did Gabriel say?

And the people of the prince who is to come Shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.

This happened in 70 AD 4 decades AFTER the death of the Messiah

The end of it shall be with a flood, And till the end of the war desolations are determined.

The desolation of the temple will end with a flood, yet it will remain desolate UNTIL a time when these war desolations (remember jesus words in Matt 24. there shall be wars and rumors of wars. nation will rise agaunst nation, kingdom against kingdom. but the end is not yet.

What is next following the end of these desolations?

According to Gabriel. future prince or ruler, will confirm a covenant for 7 years,, in the middle of this time (3.5 years) he will set up an abomination of desolation in the wing of the tempe (most holy place)

and now lets go back to matt 24. What did jesus say would happen after the wars and rumors of wars?

An abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel will set off a time of tribulation so severe. all flesh will be wiped off the earth if Christ himself does not come put an end to it.

This is also known as Gods wrath poured out on the desolate or evil on earth. And it is also spoken of by Gabriel in daniel 9 as the end of the 70th week

But in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, Even until the consummation, which is determined, Is poured out on the desolate.”

Its all there. We just have to open up we will see

even the 4th beast of daniels prophecy, (dan 2 and Dan 7) Parts of that kingdom has not yet been fulfilled. so it MUST be future.

yep

But more importantly, Have you taken prophecy and made it fit into the proper interpretation of prophecy. A tool God uses to prove he is the one true God. the same God who declaired if a prophet prophesies and that prophesy does not come true he is not to be trusted?

So Gods holds himself to a lower standard than prophets?

Nope

Give me some proof. Not your silly idea.

I gave you what I see, the fact you are unable to discredit or show how Gabriel said something else by using gabriels own words just shows you can not counter my argument

I have a post awaiting approval called Closing the gap in Dispensationalism that solidly proves Dispensationalists turn Jesus into Antichrist and deny he fulfilled the 70 weeks as written. Be patient.

A gap is not scripture. It is silence that you build your wild theories on. What you say does not come from scripture.
