The point here is that mankind, made in the image of God, has a certain triune nature. We have three distinct, identifiable 'parts' that individually stand on their own yet in concert make one unique being.

So it is not as though a triune Creator is an unnatural, totally alien notion.
These so called 'distinct parts' are not parts or distinct persons, but authorities.

John 14/15/16 Jesus Himself explains;

1. The advocate was there with the disciples and they knew Him
2. Jesus still had to go for the advocate to come in them (disciples)
3. Jesus does not leave them comfortless but promises to come to them shortly

Jesus here was not talking of two parts or two distinct persons of one being. Jesus was talking about Himself; He was there with them and they knew Him, yet had to go and come in a different for to indwell them.

Many Christians talk of three persons and we go back to the question; how many persons was Jesus even when the Father and the Holy spirit lived in Him?
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

So here we see that he was God and he was also with God.

Noose my friend,
This is one of the main foundations upon which the church has been built for 2000 years.
The triune nature of our one God. It sets him apart.

You sound like a crooked lawyer trying to convince some one there's a loophole in the fine print .. Your problem is preaching against Jesus, not misunderstanding that He is God .. Once you take the authority to teach Jesus is not God, you own it with your freewill ..
I'm not preaching against Jesus, i'm i?

Foundation of the church ha?

Earlier in history, anyone against the trinity was a heretic and heretics were rounded up and persecuted for what they did not believe. Is this the foundation you are proud to be associated with?

To me you are and are no different than a muslim , Jew or JW to name a couple ....
Doesn't matter, do not hold tightly to religion, it will take you nowhere.

Do you honestly believe that there are no Jews or Muslim or atheists who will make it to heaven?

Absolutely not, if they remain in their state of unbelief. The Jews are still looking for their savior, as they don’t believe the Christ was the prophesied Messiah.

The Muslims worship Allah and do not believe the Christ is the Son of God.

The atheists do not believe God exists.

”Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for unless you believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.”[John 8:24]

I am no judge , I'm saying you don't have to understand it all , just don't preach against it .. You can call on His name for salvation without understanding .. Just don't teach Jesus is not God .. It doesn't matter what you believe, it's your choice and you will be judged .. You will be held accountable for every idle word , you are not my concern .. It's the people who think you know what you're talking about I'm concerned for and the only reason I'd ever even to respond to your nonsense over one or two posts ..

I disagree.

It depends with your understanding of the phrase 'believe in Christ'. To me it means being obedient to the one who is in you for He has created you a new, it has nothing to do with the fleshly view of Christ. By this definition, some Muslims/Atheists/Hindus believe in Christ and some Christians don't, but all infants do.

Fear of judgement doesn't come from God, will even stop you from thinking.

1 John 4:God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. 17This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus. 18There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

Are you sure of what you preach?

Before anything that was created existed.
He was with God and He was God, from the beginning. John 1 - the Greek is more literally, God was the Word.
The word of God is God, not a distinct person from God. And the word of God manifests into creation, in this case, Jesus. It manifested into a burning bush during Moses' time and the same word manifested into the universe long ago.

One - it's usually put, with two nature's, an 100% divine nature and an 100% human one - that 'in every way like His brothers' yet without sin, because His human nature is completely in obedience to His divine nature.

We don't have proper definitions of 'person' or 'being' etc and we probably can't even come up with sufficient ones. For good reason it is written 'without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh' - - I don't think you should be expecting this to be something simple

None who worship Allah will be with Him if they remain in that state upon death. None of the Jews who do not recognize the Christ as the Messiah will be with Him if they remain in that state upon death. None who believe God does not exist will be with Him if they remain in that state upon death. [John 14:6 & Acts 4:12 just for starters]

If Christ was made to be like in every way then we are also 100% divine and 100% human when our sins are cleansed:

2 Pet 1:4 Through these He has given us His precious and magnificent promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, now that you have escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

It is godliness that is a mystery not God. If someone says Posthumanliness is a mystery they don't mean Posthuman is a mystery but what he does or the act of being Posthuman. Godliness is a mystery for obvious reasons just like the husband and wife are one flesh or the church (bride) and Christ (groom) being a mystery as Paul puts it (Eph 5).

Sure enough to be terrified for any to go to hell without warning them ..
Thanks for your concern. I believed in the same thing as you for years but not anymore. I have my reasons.
