I'm experiencing burn out, which is making it difficult for me to do my work. My living situation is creating a lot of additional stress for me due to varying and multiple reasons. My house sell is closing soon, but the consistent stress for months now is beginning to take its toll. I find myself shutting down and feeling hopeless. Prayers for my current burnout and living situation would be very appreciated.

I'm so sorry to hear what you're experiencing, MegMarch. Burn out is hard. I'm praying for God's joy to be your strength (Nehemiah 8:10). I experienced this at one point. I heard a teaching that really helped me. It's called "Discover the Keys to Staying Full of God" by Andrew Wommack. I am happy to pray for you. Burnout is tough! You've been pushing hard and now it seems like the end of it will never come. You're exhausted. But take courage. You are going to see the payoff soon as things start getting back to a routine. It's very difficult to sell a house and move. I know. And to have a full time job at the same time only makes it more stressful.

At a time like this, you need extra sleep, extra nutrition, and maybe some light exercise like walking to relieve the stress. Cast all your cares on God, who cares very much for you! He will carry the things that worry you if you let go of them into His hand. He has you and He will NOT drop you. You can trust Him.

I'm praying for you.
