no im not. but the word of God does,Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body.1corinthians6:18,Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous hebrews 13:4 .....(everyone who is sexually immoral or impure, or who is covetous (that is, an idolater), has no inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.)EPHIANS 5:5 i can go on but i think thats clear, i dont say this to bet down but it seems that people want to act like God ujnderstands and will look passed it, HE WONT!!!! but therres good news..... God did not make you to be gay, that is false. God is against homosexuality and it makes him sick to his stomach but it says All sins are forgiven through Christ. Homosexuals can be forgiven but Christ tells us to turn from our wicked ways. I respect that you disagree. I don't eliminate scripture, just use my heart and the heart of Christ as my guide as Jesus taught. Not eye for an eye as was the law in the Torah but turning the other cheek. Paul was clearly influenced as a converted Hebrew. When he persecuted Christians before his conversion, he was sure it was God's will according to the Torah. His letters demonstrate his cultural influence through his intolerance and sometimes, lack of understanding along with his wisdom and valuable teaching. When reading it I know in my heart as sure as I know Love, Peace and Compassion alone is what the Prince of Peace wants me to spread, that profits are human, have opinions and are influenced by the cultures and times in which they lived, which often hated those different from themselves. Just because words are inspired doesn't mean they're perfect. Fundamentalist Christians have held on to the vestiges of ancient Judaism and the old Covenant, the idea that while the writers of the bible were only human like us, somehow there words were perfect...the antithesis of what Christ's life exemplified, the fear that if they don't obey the letter of the law, they will burn in hell, the failure to remember that the holy spirit lives within them and all they have to do is know that, be aware of it and God's love can flow.

Anything that causes pain and suffering is evil. Telling someone there love is an abomination causes real pain, real harm. Watching teens from Christian families commit suicide because the law there parents cling to is more important than they are is not the way of Christ. God is empathic, loving, much of the bible is not. The bible is the word of(about) God not God.
They see you trollin'...they hatin'? A gentle, loving statement there...Nah, not me. I truly can say I don't hate anyone. Which way will God unite with us in the end? Word? Deed? Neither. A sincere and contrite Heart. We plainly disagree and I respect your right to believe I'll burn in hell, if you do. Dont base your faith upon the works and words of people but on the finished work of Jesus on the cross. Find out what God thinks about things. You were not born gay something along the way has gone wrong. It is not what God has said should be our natural course. God is not a killjoy who is out to just ruin everyones fun. There are great reasons why God has spoken against homosexuality..because of its destruction in a persons life. God laid out His plan creating male and female to join together and multiply. going beyond this is where troubles begin.
