God is faithful even when we are not.
No buts. That’s straight forward Gospel.
Why don’t you ever celebrate God’s grace rather than always focusing on the negative. Who is your true master?
I wonder that to , no sign of joy...
In fact , no rejoicing at all , no praising Him , just dreary no hope in the dark holes they dig...

Yes it is.
The problem is you are equating not being faithful to rejecting Jesus' forgiveness altogether.

Why don’t you ever celebrate God’s grace rather than always focusing on the negative. Who is your true master?
I do celebrate God's grace............by staying it it.
Trampling on it in unbelief is not how you celebrate God's grace.
That would be showing contempt for God's grace.

Who is your true master?
Jesus, of course.
I make Him Master by continuing to believe and trust in Him.
How is going back to unbelief, or thinking that I can go back to unbelief if I want and still being saved, somehow making Jesus Master?
The Bible calls that trampling on the blood of Christ in contempt, not exalting and celebrating the blood of Christ as you think it is.

God surpasses any fickleness of the human heart, and when we falter He proves Himself once again Faithful......thereby magnifying Himself in the midst of our human weakness.
We're talking about unbelief, not the unfaithful behavior of the believing saint.

God is not magnified when you trample on the blood of Christ in unbelief.

read it again. he did not ask for forgiveness.
he asked for time.
he said he would repay it himself. 10,000 bags of gold - a ridiculously large sum.

the servant fell on his knees before Him.
‘Be patient with me,’ he begged, ‘and I will pay back everything.'
(Matthew 18:36)

we are talking about a man who thinks he can save himself. who thinks he can pay his own debt of sin.
this is not a believer -- a believer says, i cannot pay; i need a saviour.

the Master took pity and graciously wiped away his debt -- but erasing the debt is not what the man asked for.
the man despised the grace of the Master. this is not a person who ever believed.
He really was forgiven, for free.
And that free gift was taken back.
Jesus said this is how it is in the kingdom and how the Father will treat each one of us under these circumstances.

Osas says the man was 'not really' forgiven, even though the passage plainly says he was.
Of course, it has to say that to dispel any suggestion contrary to it's doctrine that says God never takes back free gifts.

Is your entire focus.
Actually, 'love your neighbor as yourself' is my focus and is what counts in the Christian faith.
But osas thinks osas is the epitome of accurate knowledge and what it means to know God.
Not even remotely true.
Many here are not only still sucking on baby milk, thinking they're grown up, but sucking on sour milk at that.
Don't take false comfort in your erroneous baby milk doctrines, people.
If you do not continue to believe and grow up in Christ to that which really counts you will not be saved when Jesus comes back.

Didn’t bother reading beyond those words because it’s simply not true.
12It (grace) teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age" - Titus 2:12

Why isn't grace teaching this to people who push this new osas?
Instead, they say we don't have to say 'no' to those things and they make that the focus of Christianity. And they call that grace.

20Woe to those who call evil good
and good evil,
who put darkness for light
and light for darkness,
who put bitter for sweet
and sweet for bitter.
21Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes
and clever in their own sight.

Isaiah 5:20-21

Keep trusting in Christ.
The salvation in Christ is not temporary, it is eternal.
One act of trust in Christ for the GIFT of eternal life.
In Christ we are secure... He is faithful.

“I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand. I and the Father are one."
John 10: 28-30

Now now. Luckily (I speak for myself also) we are made righteous because God justified us, and that I believe is grace defined. We all have our shortcomings and imperfections. Please be careful not to use a self made standard with your judgement. Legalism is the gospels enemy. I do many many imperfect things constantly. You might even say that I am a habitual prodigal son. If he is a child of God he is equipped to overcome.
I understand your zeal in spreading what you believe is the truth of the gospel.
I have discovered that the sin of a child of God is designed to draw him back to God in appreciation, love and humility.
What about loving your enemies? Praying for those who despite fully use you? And all the other impossible feats mentioned in the Sermon on the Mount?
The Sermon on the Mount is not to be preached as a tortuous pathway to salvation. No, the Sermon on the Mount is to be preached with all of its rigors to abolish any Hope's of self righteousness.
I hope you find your peace my dear brother.

Prior to my conversion several years ago while still attending the Roman Catholic church, I subscribed to NOSAS and I had no joy either and was miserable! Fear and bondage to IN-security is no way to live the Christian life. :cautious:

Many here are not only still sucking on baby milk, thinking they're grown up,
Even so... God gives the increase...not man.....

I can say some think too highly of themselves and have "arrived..."

Trying weaponize Scripture against ones state and standing...
shame...Its has become sounding brass...

Reminds of the Psalm:

Ps 3:2 Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God.

The Catholics (apparently) really do have a works gospel, while virtually every non-osas believer here has not been teaching anything like the Catholic works gospel. It's really unfair for you to group them together that way. Are you going to start being fair and honest and stop doing that?

The new osas can not produce the genuine joy and peace of God, only a fleshly counterfeit:

"9Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you." - Philippians 4:9

Nowadays, the new style osas church calls that 'works salvation'. And that you get the peace of God even if you don't ever put the Lord's teachings into practice, and that you lose it by trying to put the Lord's teachings into practice. Why did Paul even waste the ink in the verse above if that was true? Obviously, peace and joy come from obedience, not from a fake gospel that says you have the grace of God when you live outside of the grace of God.

The salvation in Christ is not temporary, it is eternal.
One act of trust in Christ for the GIFT of eternal life.
In Christ we are secure... He is faithful.
That's why we should stay in Christ.
You lose the life that is eternal and which was secured through one act of righteousness by Christ if/when you stop believing/trusting in that one act of righteousness.

You keep interpreting 'eternal' as 'I can't lose it', when the Bible makes it clear that what is eternal is Christ's life itself that you receive (as opposed to the 'life' that the old covenant gave which ended with your next sin). This is all spelled out in the Bible. But our wonderful pop theologians can't see it. Just like they can't see the plain words about tithing either. And so they mislead multitudes in the church who aren't as noble as the Berean's were.

“I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand. I and the Father are one."
John 10: 28-30
So absolutely true for the person who continues to believe just as the Bible exhorts us to do.
These promises are for believers, not ex-believers, and those who never believed.
