I have a final exam coming up for pre-algebra, in about 2 weeks. I have A LOT of cramming to do! But I also realize that one of the little things slowing me down a great deal is not knowing my times tables by heart. I have always hated multiplication!!! Which is why I'm doing poorly in algebra, of course. I don't know why I have a phopbia of memorizing things, but Xs tables is definitely one of those huge feats I want to conquer! It's a very simple and basic thing to most people, but to me, it's like being a Knight trying to slay the great dragon.
I know I'm making a mountain out of a molehill, but how did you learn them, and what would you say the quickest way is to learn them?
