Oh I don't know. I trust somebody without responsibilities about as much as I trust somebody wrenched by 24/7 political pressure.

When that happens, the IQ drifts down about 40 points give or take. Fact.

It must be thrilling to have it all figured out, without carrying any responsibilities for the outcome like our leaders have to.

Down almost three standard deviations (SD15)? You could actually drop out of Mensa due to political pressure?😁

How is this relevant to the title of the thread or what I said? I may have missed something.
What the constitution says is determined by the supreme court. Biden brags that he borked the court meaning he personally takes responsibility for the liberal supreme court that we had. If people want a liberal court then they need a liberal president. If they want a conservative court then they should vote for a president that will appoint conservative justices to the court.

Actually that is a liberal lie. Technically the Supreme court doesn't have that power. They can only use what has already been established to determine the fate of certain cases. They cannot mold it to basically make law. That is judicial tyranny. The same problem the English had in the 1600s. England has a tyrannical judiciary system believe it or not the King didn't have all the power.

Of course we have seen our supreme court make unconstitutional decisions because they abused their power. For example everything in past debate and within the Constitution never allows abortion but Roe v wade literally was an abuse of power. At that very moment the other 2 branches executive, legislative and the people should of used their offensive powers to act against such use of power. It would of never happened.

What the Constitution says is in less amended is what the original writers intended it to say. All of this is well documented in our founders debate records and journals. Otherwise anyone with power can mold it. Our founders told the world that certain inalienable rights are God given and that government was designed to protect such rights. God given means they are set in stone and cannot be molded away. For example life being part of those inalienable rights and just reading the founders words, they would be sickened by such evil as legalized abortion.

They did create laws against porn on the internet and the supreme court said it was a violation of the freedom of speech. All of the Senate and all of Congress can pass a law that one person on the Supreme Court can strike down. They say that God is going to expose the corruption on the court system, but we are still waiting for that. One thing about this virus is they are starting to release people in the prison system that should not be there. Trump's attorney just got released even if he is going to be on house arrest.

The State of Ohio has however enacted command which says nothing of ten or more people should be opened.
The Governor did not have the authority to do that. The Health Dept has the authority to quarantine. The police enforce the order and they are under the control of the Mayor. If he wants to keep his job then he can not get people mad at him.

80% of the population is at almost no risk of death.
There are people that report a loss of the sense of smell and taste. A virus can do lasting damage even if people recover.

You have good Constitutional decisions and bad. I am simply stating the judiciary branch has the smallest amount of power granted by the Constitution. And if the people, our Congress, and executive branch would study it then they will know how to keep a tyrannical judiciary branch in check. Which could actually involve the dismissal of the whole supreme court and the electing of new judges. But the judiciary has gone too long with overarching power that we dont often see the other branches fight back. For example the supreme court has no authority over how the executive branch wants to construct travel bans. But you see them often getting involved. Just read the Constitution. There power is very limited on paper.

We keep hearing that the supreme court is about to be exposed for their corruption. If poster boy Frances Collins is being exposed than anyone could be next.

Those children are waiting for their parents in Heaven. Hoping that they will repent and make it there.
I actually was on a 7day fast praying against abortion and I had a vision about the aborted, the stillborn and the young children that died in any way .. I have been at peace for 25 years since about it ..

I spent a whole summer picketing abortion clinics. So I did my part. Life is always the right choice to make.

Neither the GOP nor the Democratic lawmakers have done what they can to upheld the constitutional right to life.

Why’s it so difficult? Abortion is ending a life. Actions like ending someone’s life could potentially carry the DP in most states and under federal law.

Why’s it so difficult?
Because God gives people a choice: 'I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live!' ~ Deuteronomy 30:19. We also choose sickness or health, poverty or prosperity. Life can be filled with choices and we have to make the right choice. Even we have to die to self so we can live for God. As we put off the old and put on the new.
